Riccardo è una persona d'oro, sempre disponibile e cordiale. Sono arrivato alla fermata e si è accorto che mi si era scaricato il telefono, quindi è venuto a prendermi direttamente. La camera è grande, la cucina è fornita di pentole e stoviglie. Per il prezzo richiesto tutto è di alto livello, compresa la posizione, tramite cui si può raggiungere il centro in 30 minuti di camminata. Consiglio a chiunque venga a Cagliari e voglia passare dei giorni in tranquillità. Ciao Riccardo grazie mille di tutto ❤️ Call me asparagus 🥬

Superbe appartement. Nous avons pris la navette qui est nettement moins cher que les taxis. Dès notre arrivée Riccardo ( le propriétaire) nous a tout de suite bien accueilli. Il a été disponible tout le temps pour nous aider et nous donner des conseils. Ca se voyait qu’il tenait au confort de ses clients. La chambre est assez spacieuse pour 2. Salle de bain grande avec une douche spacieuse. Il y a une armoire avec des cintres. Une machine à café, un coffre fort. Le frigo se trouve à l’extérieur de la chambre dans la partie cuisine. Très bien situé niveau transport les arrêts de bus à 3 min et à des fréquences de 10 min donc top pas trop d’attente. Un supermarché juste en face donc pratique pour remplir le frigo 😂 La plage de Poetto est située à environ 30 min de route en bus. Un excellent restaurant aux alentours ( Bistecceria De Pepe) Le seul point négatif de l’appartement c’est qu’il est situé proche de l’hôpital donc on entendait les ambulances défilées. Le 1 soir nous avons sursauté mais par la suite nous nous y sommes habitués. Donc les personnes sensibles au bruit s’abstenir.

Soggiornato per una settimana presso questa struttura.Ho da dire solo note positive a partire dell'accoglienza e gentilezza del proprietario Sig.Riccardo.Molto comodo anche per la presenza di fermate di bus anche se noi abbiamo noleggiato moto per girare in questo splendidi posti.Ottime le colazioni servite, da consigliare vivamente e ci torneremo sicuramente.Continuate così.

Partendo dal presupposto che in alcune occasioni sono un cliente abbastanza esigente e pesante😂😂non ho mai trovato una persona così disponibile e cordiale! Riccardo persona speciale! Davvero una gran bella persona! Alloggio pulito, confortevole, molto comodo per raggiungere il centro e per uscire subito da Cagliari direzione mare ovunque si voglia andare! Nelle vicinanze a 2 passi ma veramente 2 :bar farmacia supermercato! Tutto! Colazione non inclusa per scelta ma cmq caffè presente in camera con tanto di macchinetta! Cucina comodissima! Ombrellone in omaggio! Che dire! Complimenti Riccardo! E Grazie di tutto!

Abbiamo soggiornato solo un giorno ma devo dire camera molto pulita e ben strutturata la macchina del caffè il top x me che amo il caffè Ritorneremo sicuramente x qualche GG in più Comodo il supermercato di fronte visto che la struttura offre un luogo comune completa di cucina frigo
