There is no way to get there except contacting the hotel for pick-up. It is a super steep hillside road, and there is no way for Uber to drive up it. I tried two roads and were blocked. There was no hot water in the hotel at night, and we were told that we had to wait until the maintenance workers came to check tomorrow morning. In fact, no one came to check at all the next morning.
