Incredibly rude staff, not very clean hotel, I lost a pair of glasses because the receptionist bursted into our room after check in to demand we change immediately because she made a mistake and the hotel didn't take any responsibility for this.

Very nice hotel with very nice staff but the breakfast is very limited for 150 eur/night. At least, that's what we paid in May. The receptionists are lovely, especially Vivien, the beautiful lady from Hungary. They have a garage parking, easy to get in and out

Horrible stay in this hotel I do not recommend; breakfast for 14 euros when there was nothing, no raw vegetables, very little pastry and fruit, better to buy at the nearby intersection for less; the rooms did not have air conditioning, we could hear all the noises from the annex rooms, balcony with a view of the road. Very expensive hotel for nothing there are much better for the same price or even cheaper.

Very nice agreement in this hotel located near the city center. Spacious room, very clean and renovated. Good sized shower room with lovely walk-in shower. Small leak at the pommel. Courtesy tea and coffee tray.

We booked a room for 1 night from October 30-31, 2023 And we were very disappointed firstly because the cleaning had clearly not been done there were piles of dust under the seat on the floor. Then around 10:30 a.m. you were surprised by the sudden entry of a cleaning lady even though she had seen us at breakfast and seen us go back to the room and finally when we woke up we no longer had electricity because we were not We didn't have information about leaving the door card at the entrance to have electricity, so no charging on our phone Also, the view of the parking lot is not great On the other hand, the bedding, the bathroom and the breakfast are very good For a 3 star I am surprised and disappointed

Avoid at all costs. Old, poorly renovated hotel, poor soundproofing. Work on the upper floor is being carried out and is noisy. Room cleaning is only done around 4 p.m. The staff is amateur.

The location of the hotel is ideal if you arrive by train. I booked the hotel as a starting point for excursions in the area around Cagnes. It takes about 10 minutes to get to the town centre with shops and restaurants, and the old town is also easy to reach on foot. The immediate area around the hotel is not very attractive. The room was very spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was generally very clean and nice. Unfortunately, my room was on the ground floor, right next to the entrance gate to the car park. Unfortunately, this was also opened noisily late in the evening and at night. The shower unfortunately had no shower screen or shower curtain, so you couldn't be careful enough when showering not to flood half the bathroom. I would definitely book the hotel again or recommend it to others, but would book a different room. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, you immediately feel welcome. The breakfast room was very pleasant and comfortable and the breakfast was good too.

An excellent night in this hotel close to the sea. Friendly welcome from the staff. Simple but hearty breakfast. Very well equipped and quiet room. Possible to park in the hotel car park.
