We were able to check in 2 hours early which was appreciated Free parking but not secure outside the hotel and about 10 minutes walk into the centre of Cahors Room was small but adequate nice view over river Lot. Large empty fridge !!! Bottle of water would have been appreciated Bathroom however very cramped. Barely able to walk between toilet and wall to get into the shower. Squegy bottle of soap in shower and wash basin, but no other toiletries. Bathroom seriously needed decorating and a good clean Mold on walls, cracked tile, dirty grout and badly stained shower cubicle. Yes this is only a 3* but no excuse.for cleanliness. Plus thick dust/ dirty on floor under the bed which I reported to reception and asked them to see that it was cleaned

Our room was dirty. Dirty window frames, dirty light fittings and dirty floor. Damaged furniture as well. The bathroom was mouldy the shower enclosure, the tiling was all mouldy. The towels were old thin and grey. We booked a room with a river view but could only see if we looked to the left. The communal areas were scruffy with lights hanging off walls or not working at all. The lift needed thorough cleaning. Even the hand sanitiser dispenser was dirty.

Very pleased with this hotel. Staff professional, helpful and friendly. Room good size, appeared to be recently refurbished. Good size bathroom. Very pet friendly hotel. Restaurant quality superb. Breakfast good quality and value. Great location for walks along the river bank and ease of access to old town and historical sites.

Very satisfied and comfortable with our stay. Beds are large, soft and clean. Room had river view. Breakfast is star! And addition of a handgrip on the bathtub wall would be excellent.

Great hotel, we arrived on a motorbike and parked with ease, we hadn’t prebooked, but checking in was easy and quick, and we got a super room overlooking the river. We ate at the restaurant and food was delicious, with a nice atmosphere and friendly efficient staff.
