The location is good, right next to Beach Road, the sea is out. Seeing the lives of the locals, there is a Woolworths supermarket 800 meters away. Pick-up and drop-off at a reasonable time within reasonable time. Health needs to be improved, overall recommendation

I arrived the day after Cyclone Jasper. My flight was severely delayed and I was a bit stressed esp as a solo older female traveller. It also seemed I had a duplicate payment in the system . The delightful young Irish(?) woman on reception the night of 16/12 was a godsend. She was charming , efficient, refunded my overpayment . On check in , offered me a lower bunk in a 3 bedded room. The room was great - quiet spacious , great accommodation clean . I loved the fluffy pillows spotless bedding good ac and fans.No ‘ hostel’ smell either! .Amazing location close to the Esplanade too! Thank you !

I got a private room here for a few days. The staff is courteous, the cleanliness is quite good, the rooms are a bit small, the climate works at the top. Prices ok, excellent location both for going out in the evening and for visiting the surroundings in the morning

You can see through the alleys. The supermarkets are all available. The Cairns Railway Station is also here, and you can also take the train from other cities. Go east along Cairns central, then turn right to the pier and walk for about 15 minutes. It is full of bunk beds, suitable for backpackers and young people who are traveling poorly. The public bathroom is very clean and kitchen utensils are provided free of charge. There is a leisure area and swimming pool in the courtyard on the first floor. If English is good enough, you can make a lot of friends. The front desk, a man, a woman and two are very friendly, in short, an unforgettable trip!
