On the first day of check-in, there was only a large bath towel in the room, and it was placed on a high shelf. A 1.75 meter tall person had to stand on tiptoe to reach it.
There is a 25-meter long swimming pool downstairs, which was what I booked when I booked the hotel. But it is actually a public swimming pool. When I checked in on the first day, there were dozens of children and several coaches in it. Not only did I lose the mood to go swimming, but the noisy noises of the children made it almost impossible for people who had been on a plane for more than ten hours to sleep.
The hotel service staff were very sincere and patient with the guests.

Basically, it's OK. It may be a problem of voice communication. Many people don't speak English very well. Generally speaking, the service attitude is very good and friendly. The location is very good. It's convenient to go anywhere when you are bored. The hotel is a bit old, but you can see the antique shadows, with British colonial and Turkish styles. My room was OK on the first day, but I don't know why it smelled heavily of cigarettes at night on the second and third days. I don't smoke, and I don't know where it came from. It may be from the bedside.

The worst room I stayed in during this trip, the window glass was broken, and the road was so noisy that I couldn't sleep all night.

Hotel in the center, close to shops and bars, but on the main road, so it's noisy 24/7. They don't have earplugs at the reception and the balcony doors don't close, so it's hard to sleep. The hotel is clean, the service is friendly. Breakfasts are average for a 4*, plus there's no coffee (only Nescafe sachets) and plastic cutlery, which I've never seen before. For 1-2 nights it's ok, for longer stays I don't recommend rooms facing the street.
