When we arrived, it was a little difficult to find the building, because there was no sign of Lucky Hostel in the lobby. However a very persistent man outside, insisted that the building with sign “El otel”, is the correct building. We trust him and we entered. Another problem, it looked like to use the elevator to 4th floor, we must have access card. We wait for about 5 minutes and fortunately there was a man came down, and we asked his help to tap on the elevator using his card. Other than that, my husband & I were happy to stay in this hostel. Our room was so big and with sofa too!! Staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was good. Hot shower was very pleasant in cold morning. And we were very happy that the staff allow us to put our luggage while we were away to Luxor. We stay for total of 4 nights and we were allowed again to put our luggage while we went shopping, because our flight was in the middle of the night.

This place is very dirty. There is dust everywhere in the room and the building. There is no toothbrush, toothpaste or slippers. There is also dust accumulated on the bed and even on the door. I was packing my suitcase and put a black piece of clothing on the floor. When I picked it up, I found that the clothes were covered in dust. You can imagine how dirty the floor in the room was! They said there was breakfast, but you had to go to the front desk to ask, and they said it would be delivered to the room, but it turned out to be very bad and cold. I opened the door and saw the guy with the black headscarf was still picking his nose! Vomited! No one comes to clean the house even if I stay there for a few days. I put the trash can at the door every day and it is only cleaned in the afternoon. There was no kettle in the room. When I lifted the quilt, there were hairs on the sheets, and it felt like they hadn't been changed at all. The living habits here are bad and it's very dirty. Don't stay here unless necessary. There are a lot of flies and mosquitoes. It's better to stay in a hotel! ! ! !

I recently had the pleasure of staying at [lucky hostel], and I can confidently say it was one of the most relaxing experiences I've ever had. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by the warm and attentive staff who went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable (seif,sadek) are amazing. The ambiance of the hotel is serene and calming, with beautifully designed interiors that exude elegance and tranquility. The room was a haven of peace, featuring plush bedding, soft lighting, and a breathtaking view that added to the overall sense of relaxation. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast, everything melted away all my stress.The food was exquisite,every moment was enhanced by the attentive service Overall, my stay at [lucky hostel] was a true escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a relaxing and luxurious getaway.it was really a great experience

Everything is great there from scratch it's very clean hostel very special in cleaning no loud people are very helpful and kind also the room service also help me to organise tours from alexandria to aswan also they recommend us a very good restaurants also it's located in the central of Cairo with the majority of sightseeing around I wanna thank every single one there

GOOD: A security guard let us in the elevator when we arrived, since we did not have the key to enter the elevator. The elevator was fine for us, but I could imagine why some westerners or europeans would be freaked out by it. The staff was always friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good but basic. There was AC and refrigerator in the room but we didn't use either. One side of the curtain rod was broken, but that didn't bother us too much. Toiletries were provided. There was a cupboard, which had some hanging, also a cosmetic table which had great lighting. Great location, quite central. Place was okayish for the price. BAD: There was no hanging in the bathroom. Warm and cold shower were available, but the water flow was poor sometimes.
