Due to a double booking, we were unable to stay and were arranged to stay at another hotel.
It seemed that multiple people had been affected.
We were not compensated in any way, so I feel like we lost out.

We paid in full, but when we arrived at the hotel at 9pm, they said there were no rooms, so we were transferred to another hotel nearby. The facilities were simple, the hygiene was average, there was a power outage in the middle of the night, and the breakfast was average. It was a very bad experience.
