從入住到離店，對待住客都非常用心
到的時候沒有現金，老闆幫忙換了現金
得知我要出去玩的時候還特意囑咐正常價格是多少，避免我被騙，還親自下樓推薦附近吃的
開始很害怕被套路，玩了一圈才發現唯一默認絕對不會套路我的一定是酒店老闆
位置也很好，推薦！

외관이나 주변을 볼때는 실망할수 있으나, 룸 내부는 완벽하게 깨끗하다. 리모델링이 제대로 잘 되어있다.
친절도는 말할것 없이 훌륭하다.
특이하게 좋은점)
- 늦은 체크아웃의 금액이 합리적이다. 1시간에 2usd. 5시간 있어도 10usd에 편히 쉴수있다. 나는 공항가전에 유용하게 이용하였다.

كانت إقامتي في فندق سوفت هوتيل تجربة رائعة بكل المقاييس. الكادر هنا متميز للغاية، يقدمون خدمة احترافية وودية تجعلك تشعر وكأنك في بيتك. أخص بالذكر السيد محمود، الذي كان مثالاً للترحيب والاهتمام بكل التفاصيل، وساعدني كثيراً خلال فترة إقامتي بابتسامته وروحه الطيبة. أنصح الجميع وبشدة بالاقامة في هذا الفندق المميز إذا كنتم تبحثون عن الراحة، والخدمة الممتازة، والأجواء الهادئة. شكراً لكم على كل شيء!
