Отвратительный отель, который занимается обманом и вводит клиентов в заблуждение. Я забронировала номер с собственной ванной комнатой, это чётко указано в моём бронирование, по приезду в отель в 21.00 номер не был готов и далее они предоставили номер с общей ванной комнатой на этаже!!!! Я сказала нет, вы занимаетесь обманом, мы были очень уставшие и ехать в другой отель не было сил, сотрудник на ресепшене предложил другой номер с доплатой в 25$, пришлось согласиться. В номере в ванной комнате запах канализации, отель стоит на дороге- очень сильный шум. Отель находится в старом жилом доме на 8 этаже.

The hotel is lovely. But the surrounding area and the rest of the building is dirty and feels unsafe due to the men milling about and smoking at all hours. The area is filthy. But that's Cairo, so what can you do-it's not the hotel's fault. The hotel is top notch, and anywhere else would be 5-star.

The property was just like the photos. Staff knew me by name and were kind and friendly-they have a solution to any issue. Breakfast is included and prepared fresh every morning.
The tours and guides were fantastic. PS. Book your tours through the hotel, seamless process with lunch and transportation included plus its PRIVATE (only you and your party).

Good hotel in optimal central Cairo position
Very friendly staff. They did help us with all the questions and issues. Very friendly with kids. It is in a good position to access old museum and close to the main road so it is very easy to grab a taxi to visit other city attractions. Place can be quite noisy till late night, as you are close to the main road and drivers use to honk a lot. Room came with complimentary ear plugs though.
