I was extremely disappointed. Upon check-in, the hotel assigned me what was clearly the worst room available — as if it was their first choice for guests.

While not a fancy hotel (to Western standards) everything was clean and working. We booked because we needed somewhere to stay for a few hours before catching our early AM flight. The location within walking distance of Citystars Mall was perfect and only a 15 minute drive to the airport.

I liked the hotel, it's safe, the breakfast is good and varied. The room is a bit old-fashioned, but all the plumbing works. There's a kettle, there's a refrigerator. Everything is great.

I booked the City Star, a logistics hotel, but they arranged me to a small hotel next door. I waited 30 minutes to check in. Although the agent helped to intervene, the hotel service was generally poor. I did not stay in the hotel described. The hotel breakfast was average, and there was no gym as described in the pictures.

This hotel is quite convenient. It is right next to citystars mall and you can walk there.
The three of us needed a suite, and this was the only one that was satisfactory. It was really a 2-room suite.
The check-in attendant was also very cautious and made me feel quite safe.
It was just like a homestay in China, but in Egypt, it was within the budget for a few days of stay. It was quite good, better than the Radisson Blu..
The shower was a little slow to get hot water.
