My stay began with an extremely disappointing and humiliating experience at the front desk—one that was serious enough for me to consider cancelling my reservation and leaving the hotel altogether. Fortunately, the outstanding professionalism and leadership of the management team completely transformed my experience. I would like to express my deepest appreciation to Mr. Ayman Hossam, whose exceptional handling of the situation demonstrated genuine care, respect, and a remarkable commitment to guest satisfaction. His personal attention, empathy, and decisive actions not only resolved the issue but also restored my confidence and made me feel truly valued as a guest. I would also like to extend my sincere thanks to Mr. Nour, the Night Duty Manager, and Mr. Hannawy, the Night Shift Manager, whose support, professionalism, and dedication played an essential role in turning what could have been a ruined stay into a genuinely enjoyable one. Their teamwork, calm approach, and willingness to go above and beyond reflected the high standards of hospitality that I have always associated with Marriott. As a Marriott Gold member, I was genuinely surprised that such an unfortunate incident could occur in the first place. However, I was equally impressed by the way the management team took ownership of the situation and worked tirelessly to make things right. Their efforts not only salvaged my holiday but also reaffirmed my trust in the Marriott brand. Please extend my sincere gratitude and recognition to Mr. Ayman Hossam, Mr. Nour, and Mr. Hannawy. My wife's strong interest in Egyptian history brought us here. Before our trip, I read a travel blog that mentioned a hotel where you could see the pyramids while having breakfast, and it was also the signing place of the Cairo Conference. So, I booked it. Honestly, it feels like all the money went into that pyramid view. For this price, I really couldn't find any other advantages, though perhaps that's just how it is throughout Egypt. They're also very friendly towards Westerners. The food was quite bad, and service depended entirely on tipping. It was an exhausting stay for me.
