Really terrible experience in this hotel. I have been charged five time more than the normal price and they didn’t even worried to give a nice room. My room at second floor had no window and with hall view. In they hall they made noise to set up table and plates for the buffet till 10.30pm and in the morning they start celebrating a wedding at7.30am. Super noisy room. The bed was provided with broken and dirty and spotted sheets. Disgusting. Aircon was old and noisy for all night long which made me sleep very bad. Bathroom and walls was dirty and with dirty spots everywhere. I had to use slippers to have a shower cause I was afraid to get some disease. Only one electric charging point in the room which makes very uncomfortable for a tourist to charge all the appliance for the following day. And all this for a crazy price of 1.2juta for such a room that is worthy 200k The receptionist guy at the check in even had the courage to mock me telling “we gave you a very special rate for you sir” Avoid this place. For sure there are much better hotel with much better and honest service. The property of this structure, allowing the management and the staff to act in this way, is really giving a bad image of the amazing Lombok and discourage tourists to come and visit the island PS when at the check out I request an official complaint form they invented all excuses to not provide it. I got scammed and didn’t expect from a hotel like this

A very beautiful hotel in the capital of Lombok. This hotel has a swimming pool, a restaurant with a good menu and a reception room at the reception where you can relax nicely on a bank and have Wi-Fi available. Nice staff you would like to help. Outside the hotel, there are 2 ATM banks where you can pick up money. They are within 500 meters and within 300 meters there are 2 supermarkets.
