It was extremely bad. There was no air conditioning in the room. The weather was the hottest when we went there. We communicated with the hotel, but they said they couldn't do anything and sent us away. They didn't even give us a fan. We asked them to send someone to fix it. After a day of urging, they finally came and said they couldn't fix it. This is how the room is. The air conditioning in the rooms of my friends in the same industry was great, but my room was more expensive than theirs. I was so angry. I have never stayed in such a bad hotel.

Probably the worst Hotel I’ve stayed in Spain The staff were miserable and unhelpful Except the Manager she was pleasant and helpful. We booked through LOVE HOLIDAYS,absolutely no customer care at all ,Advise booking with another holiday company. They didn’t see any problems with the rooms were allocated ( see pics)

Really enjoyed our weeks stay at this hotel ! Don’t take any notice e of these bad reviews and see for your self that this 4 star hotel is very well located with great staff ,food on most occasions was good and there was always something good to eat ! We would definitely stay here again

Cala Bona is absolutely beautiful but this hotel isn’t. Spent 18 nights there and didn’t get one hot meal and saw stall pulling meat off the bone with their hands. Paid £3728 and got a rabbit hutch no more than 2feet away from people laying on sun beds round the pool. Was informed there was a harbour view room but will cost an extra 1000euros. When on balcony in this room , couldn’t see harbour because of a large tree straight in front. Jet2 didn’t seem interested and said they would make a note of our complaint. Keep away from this hotel. The Cala Bona hotel and the La Bantus hotel are the places to stay.

Room 017. Advertised as terrace with pool view. Please see attached pictures for reference. Terrible. No view, no privacy. Complained to hotel and travel rep. Nothing done. Food- breakfast cold and when items ran out it took an age to replenish. Evening meal - very poor quality and selection. Again, food cold and replenishment slow. We dined out most evenings after checking what was available. We left some meals too. Not edible - the orange skinned fish and salmon “fillet”. Horrendous. Sun terrace dirty and sun beds need a freshen up. Pool area ok. Very very disappointed.

Excellent hotel next to sea and on harbour front Rooms good size food okay staff are lovely We went h/b and we are returning again may 2025 Rooms were cleaned everyday .we had an early check out so we missed our breakast hotel made us both a breakfast box to collect on our early check out

Hotel itself was great . But food and restaurant not so great . Breakfast was OK. But evening meal was always cold . We ate out almost every night as when we tried food in hotel at opening time of restaurant food was always cold. Spent a lot of money eating out .which we hadn't accounted for .
