I really enjoyed the time spent in this hotel. It’s centrally located, you’ll be on the main restaurants area in 3mins walking distance and 5mins away from the beach. It actually looks much better than in pictures. The rooms have been refurbished recently, so it’s quite new. Breakfast is a good deal for 10 euros.
I like all the staff there, very warm and nice to us. It feels like a family run hotel, all of them are very lovely.

Excellent value for money hotel where the staff are the most helpful and friendliest I have come across. Great effort is taken to make the hotel spotlessly clean with our room immaculate. We stayed in the annex which is a 2 minute walk from the main hotel and hosts the pool. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The cleanest hotel we've ever stayed in, with the most family friendly staff possible. Lovely rooms, with a recent makeover and a fabulous hot breakfast. We'd love to come back and stay with you again.

Me and my boyfriend stayed at the hotel for 8 nights and extremely happy sbout the choice.The hotel is located within 10 minutes from the strips, the beach gran Cala, banks, supermarket and lovely shops. The staff is friendly and super kind, which seems so hard to find lately in hospitality. A BIG thanks to Ana, Pilar, Michael, the night porter, housekeeper ad everyone who support the smooth running of the buisness. Definitely a place to stay if you are looking for a quiet, friendly and well located hotel. Hasta luego. Barbara and Biagio

Well, I really can't fault this lovely hotel. The breakfast was gorgeous, much better quality than your standard hotel buffet breakfast. With something a little different added everyday. The staff where all so kind and helpful, even the cleaning lady was happy to chat! We loved Michael the barman, so funny. The rooms where lovely, spacious, clean. The area was quiet and peaceful with birds chirping in the morning. It was just the perfect distance walk from the busy main town with lots of options for restaurants and cafes. The umbrella rental for the beach is a great touch also. We attended on a climbing holiday and this hotel is perfect in location for all the climbing spots, 20 - 25 minutes drive. We feel like we've found the perfect hotel for a future trips so we will definitely be back! Thank you to all the staff for our stay.

My husband and I recently stayed here with our 4 month old son, our first trip abroad! The hotel was exactly what we had hoped for and more. The staff were so friendly, especially the housekeeper who made sure our room was lovely and clean daily. The room was a good size, even with a travel cot in. We were also impressed with the quality of that and our son seemed to be a fan too! We stayed in the main building so the pool was a 2 minute walk around the corner. The pool area was also very clean and relaxing, a great little sun trap. The hotel itself is a 5 minute walk to the centre, and 15 minutes to the Marina. There is also a large supermarket 10 minutes walk in the opposite direction. If I had to think of any downside it would be that were was no lift, however this didn't really impact us and we were told we could leave our pushchair on the ground floor to save taking it up and down the stairs. If we return to Cala D'or we will definitely be booking to stay here again!

We booked about 6 months in advance, still paying 130 euros per day for a double room in high season (first week of August). This price would have been justified in the face of good quality services, adequate for the 3 stars of the hotel, which we did not benefit from. Below are some criticisms: 1. We found the room to have a low level of cleanliness. In particular, sand at the edges of the room and cobwebs in high places. 2. Our room was the only one without a covered balcony. So when it rained the clothes we left out to dry got wet. 3. Cleaning and changing of sheets are provided every 7 days, in my opinion too little for a 3 star hotel. I could have understood it if it had been a lower-ranking structure. 4. The receptionist present in the evening hours (speaks in English with a German accent) proved to be arrogant and not very attentive. As soon as I got to my questions he responded hastily as if he were bored. Subsequently one evening when I asked him for an extra pillow he responded with a highly unlikely excuse, namely that he didn't have the keys to the linen room and that it was only known to the receptionist. I don't think he really didn't have the keys and to get a pillow he would have had to be gone for a maximum of 5 minutes. In those 5 minutes he could have left a sign and in any case I would have helped him man the station. 5. The queen-size bed is inadequate. 6. The air conditioning works poorly. The temperature cannot be set above 24 degrees and the ventilation level cannot be controlled. On the positive side, the breakfast (to be paid separately 10 euros) which is very rich and of good quality (milk, coffee, cappuccino, cereals, desserts, various types of bread, jams, eggs, cheeses, cold cuts, fresh fruit yogurt, juices and much more) and the location (in the center of Cala d'Or in a quiet street. To conclude, I also advise against Cala d'Or which is too touristy (mostly a destination for English and Germans) and not very authentic compared to other areas of the northern area of the island.
