Beautifully kept grounds!.. The hotel itself was fautless. What a beautiful part of majorca. Cala do or beach was stunning. Staff are eager to help and are all super friendly. I would have liked more hot food choice but the fresh foods and puddings were excellent. The hotel itself and also the surrounding area are having to deal with a smell from open sewers nearby and are working with the council to rectify this. On the whole it did not affect our holiday too much and would definitely go back.

First off, massive shout out to the bar staff, Daniel, Vale and others. Serving an unending queue of booze with great service and brilliant smiles, really impressed how clean everything was kept at the bar and in the restaurant. The bar staff and restaurants quality really made the holiday! We had a lactose, vegetarian and nut allergy in our group of 12, no issues eating our fill! Amazing view from the room! The bed was comfortable but I kept being woken up by ants in the bed. The shower gel had been so watered down it was unusable, hand soap, toilet roll, towels, the only other thing provided - but shops just around the corner to buy our own toiletries. Fridge in the room so access to cold water was easy, bar and restaurant happy to top up bottles. Everything was just a little worn down. Sun loungers and pool area was a good setup close to the all inclusive bar to read the book and play some games with friends. They've got a 1 hour absent rule on towels on Sun loungers so there was none of the 6am towel claimers to battle. The animation team were difficult to spot, lack of uniform, eye contact and smiles, it felt like they were done for the season. Big shout out to Cecile(?) and Lukas(?) picking up the others with energy and skills.

Reception staff helpful and friendly Resort conveniently located in Cala Egos with lots of shops,pharmacy,Medical centre,bars and restaurants 10 minute walk to nearest beach cove-very pretty 15 minute walk to the lovely marina 25 minute walk to cala a dor town centre We stayed in room 5207 on All inclusive but had a kitchenette.no kettle or iron.. The room was disappointing - brown basic furniture and single beds positioned opposite side of room,we moved them together. Shower facilities are good and has hair dryer but only mirror in room with low lighting over the vanity sink. 4 pools including an indoor pool.very clean,plenty of sunbeds Pool towels can be hired Animation team are fantastic and work long hours and so friendly..they really knew how to get everyone involved. 3 choices of cocktails on all -inclusive and are ready made in jugs and not strong ..San Miguel beer which is great. All inclusive buffet was repetitive of chicken,salads,paella and lots of bread crumb vegetables,fish and meat..a good variety of desserts but we ate out a couple of times. Free WiFi and 5 English tv channels Overall,a pleasant stay despite storm we had and ideally located

My wife and I Came here on 16th September 2024 for 10 nights. We stayed in a Studio and went self catering as we didn't want to go all inclusive. Check in was easy and we quickly found our room. Block 4 second floor. We had a view of the tennis courts ,A side view of the pool and could see the sea. The rooms were very dated but had a decent shower over a bath. We had a hairdryer, fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave and all cups, plates etc. The beds were memory foam and very comfortable. We had a large TV with English channels although some kept breaking up. Maids came in every day and cleaned up. Tap water is salty as many have mentiond but we always buy bottled anyway so no issues. The pool areas were very clean and always managed to get a sunbed despite people putting towels out at 6am. Drinks from the bar were great and reasonably priced with premium brands and in sizable glasses. Obviously can't take round the pool as some people did and the lifeguard did nothing about it. In fact the biggest crime he dealt with was a large inflatable in the pool. The pool incidentally was very cold. In fact the sea was warmer. I had a go at pistol shooting which was a good laugh. The Entertainment team worked really hard and did a great job without being pushy. We only saw one show which we really enjoyed. As we were self catering we ate out every night at different places. I must mention the stand out restaurant during our stay which we went to 3 times. Mollys Irish bar. It's about an 8 minute walk from the hotel, Down and over the roundabout and it's the first turn on the right. They do a fantastic Sunday Roast, Steak and Guiness pie Fish and chips all home made and huge portions. The beaches were great but our favourite was Calo des pou which is about an 8 minute walk from the hotel. A gorgeous little cove with crystal blue water. Sunbeds and a beach bar. 2 sunbeds and a parasol was €15.50. You can get the Ting Ting train into cala d'or which is €5 per person but to be honest, it takes ages and if there are 2 or more of you then a Taxi is only €7 and takes less than 10 mins. Finally you will have to pay tourist tax at check in, can't remember how much but I think we paid around €60 for the 2 of us for 10 nights. Overall we had a fabulous holiday and would deffo come back to this hotel if the price is right. Great location, friendly staff and good facilities. Can't comment on the food or AI drinks but I don't like drinking from a beaker anyway so each to their own. Top tip is go self catering, you feel like a VIP with faster service premium drinks and proper glasses.
