Everything was great until we had to hand over the keys on Sunday. The reception was not open and no one was there. The good thing is that we ran into the cleaning girl and left it to her.

We had a booking with this hostel for September, but tragically, my friend’s father passed away unexpectedly. We reached out to the hotel, explaining our situation and asking for a refund or even just a change of dates. To our dismay, they refused to offer any assistance. It's really disheartening that they showed no understanding or flexibility during such a difficult time. Their strict adherence to the non-refundable policy, without any consideration for our circumstances, made a tough situation even harder. We ended up losing a significant amount of money due to their unwillingness to help. If you’re considering this hotel, be aware that if something unexpected happens, you shouldn’t expect them to show any empathy or be willing to work with you. This experience has left us very disappointed, and I would not recommend this hotel to others.

Cosa volere di più?! All'arrivo si viene accolti con un gran sorriso e tanta gentilezza, le camere sono pulite ogni giorno, gli asciugamani e i letti rifatti ogni giorno, ti viene dato l'ombrellone per la spiaggia e la posizione è il top! Chi scrive che è una struttura scarsa, dovrebbe andare in un 4 stelle e starsene in piscina! Noi ci siamo andati nel 2019 e ci siamo tornati apposta quest'anno e sicuramente ci torneremo!
