Everything was great until we had to hand over the keys on Sunday. The reception was not open and no one was there. The good thing is that we ran into the cleaning girl and left it to her.

We had a booking with this hostel for September, but tragically, my friend’s father passed away unexpectedly. We reached out to the hotel, explaining our situation and asking for a refund or even just a change of dates. To our dismay, they refused to offer any assistance. It's really disheartening that they showed no understanding or flexibility during such a difficult time. Their strict adherence to the non-refundable policy, without any consideration for our circumstances, made a tough situation even harder. We ended up losing a significant amount of money due to their unwillingness to help. If you’re considering this hotel, be aware that if something unexpected happens, you shouldn’t expect them to show any empathy or be willing to work with you. This experience has left us very disappointed, and I would not recommend this hotel to others.

What more could you want?! Upon arrival you are greeted with a big smile and a lot of kindness, the rooms are cleaned every day, the towels and beds are made every day, you are given an umbrella for the beach and the location is top! Whoever writes that it is a poor facility should go to a 4 star and hang out by the pool! We went there in 2019 and went back specifically this year and will definitely be back!
