We repeatedly stay at this hotel because it consistently delivers a quality product matched with excellent levels of service and above all friendliness. Lucia, the hotel director is ever present and leads all her staff to ensure your experience is memorable and relaxed. It is little wonder that there is such a high level of repeat guests and certainly we felt highly valued. Looking forward to returning in September.

Our 2nd stay at the hotel, on arrival we received a lovely warm welcome, help with our cases and were shown to our room.The hotel , pool and garden areas are immaculate, breakfast is delicious and plentiful, we ate in the hotel restaurant for dinner twice, great menu.Special thanks to Pepe, Alonso, Julian and Andreas, all the staff were wonderful smiley and very hardworking.

Our fifth visit - excellent as ever. So many repeaters - there were a lot of familiar faces round the pool so it’s lovely to catch up with folk! This year our son and his girlfriend joined us for a quiet week in the sun and loved it. The hotel is very comfortable- our room was large with a sitting area with a balcony overlooking the pool. Pool beds very comfy - a vast improvement from our first couple of visits - big heavy cushions now! Breakfast excellent - fresh orange brought to the table along with your choice of tea or coffee - we have tea with lemon and it generally came without us asking. Hot breakfast is cooked to order and continental a buffet inside with lots of pastries - was a bit disappointed there were no ensaimadas or churros this year! We were b and b but had several lovely meals in house Nice restaurants in the village - booking essential pretty much everywhere As we did last year on leaving we have already booked the same room for next year! Lucia runs the hotel brilliantly and the staff are lovely - and so pleased to welcome you back! See you next September

Fantastic hotel with secluded garden and lovely pool. Excellent location in the middle of this tiny resort and close to the cove beaches. Room was spacious with a balcony overlooking the mountains and the road but it was quiet and not a distraction. Breakfast was excellent and staff very friendly. A gorgeous characterful hotel with a great deal of charm.

Lovely hotel in a quiet part of this gorgeous town. Very clean, friendly and rooms are spacious. Hotel restaurant is excellent. All 3 beaches are within a very short walk, as are excellent restaurants. So pleased we chose to stay here vs bigger resort towns.

Lovely small hotel - not flashy but excellent quality - not sea front but great beach within 200 metres - no bars or nightclubs in village - great hiking - great local restaurants - 50 minute cab (E90) from Palma - great pool, dining/breakfast/rooms/reception etc. - will return.

What an amazing place to stay! On arrival we were upgraded from a duplex room to a junior suite and found a complementary bottle of wine in our room. The staff are very welcoming, friendly and super efficient. The hotel is in a stunning location. Breakfast is very good and is eaten outside. Both continental and cooked options are available accompanied by a glass of cava if you fancy one! Lush gardens surround the pool and the pool itself was a lovely place to chill out in the sun - towels provided every day and no trouble getting a sunbed! There were never more than 4 people in the pool at one time and I often had it to myself. Complementary sorbet is served twice a day - at 12pm and 5pm. On our day of departure we were leaving before breakfast and the staff packed us up a breakfast box with sandwiches, pastries and a massive tub of fresh fruit! I would definitely recommend Hotel Cala Sant Vicenc. It is a very special place. We noticed quite a lot of solo travellers staying there and if I was on my own it would be a place I would choose to stay too.

This hotel is a real gem. We stayed here several years ago and we returned this summer because we wanted a quiet crash-out break. The hotel is now under new management and has been redecorated. Our room was lovely and spacious and had a balcony which came in useful. One reason we chose to return is because the hotel is not very large and we love sunbathing by a pool surrounded by gardens rather than concrete buildings and patios. There is not much to do in Cala Ca Vincente but it is very beautiful so wherever you are walking you are able to view the mountains and its very soothing. Cala ca Vincente has several restaurants, a couple of small supermarkets and a bookstore but for more life, the hotel is right next to the bus stop to Pollensa town or port and both are only about 15 minutes away so its easy to go by bus or cab for more shops and restaurants. Cala ca Vincente is by the sea but it is steep to walk down to the sea and Pollensa port is flat. The hotel offers good breakfasts, light lunches and well-cooked dinners with generous portions so we ate there several times. We also appreciated the complimentary bottles of water in our room and the fruit sorbets offered to people who were sunbathing each morning. All the staff were friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We had a gorgeous 9 days which surpassed our expectations and will look forward to returning very soon.
