Very comfortable hotel in Costa Smeralda Rooms were spacious and well equipped. We had a patio, which was very nice Parking was free and easy. Breakfast included and was good They could have varied a little. Scrambled eggs were on the menu all three days.But if you wanted an omelet, it came at a price. That was ordinary The staff was very pleasant We Stayed 3 nights

we had a very unpleasant experience we had booked two deluxe rooms with garden view unfortunately both rooms were below the garden level they were full of humidity and no light and smelt bad the 2nd factor, was the attitude of the hotel's manager who was insulting and not at all friendly or flexible despite our being very polite and smiling we do not recommend this hotel at all we had to move out prior to checking in with no partial refund of our full deposit

The place is in the middle of Nature, and the Garden itself is wonderful. We got a room with access to garden, which was comfortable. The hall is castle like: huge and full of sofas of armchairs to relax or read a book, stylish and elegant. The pool water is cool but not too much, there are beds and sun-umbrellas, you can spot the sea. Breakfast is rich, staff available and mannered.

We stayed for a week during high season in august. Although the hotel was full it didn’t feel like it. Staff was very friendly, specially the chief waiter. A waiter that really loves his job and is passionate about what he does. He sang for our small son to calm him down so that we could have a relaxed dinner. Something that’s really rare to find these days. The food in the restaurant was great, although I would have wished for a greater selection at breakfast. The room had a good size and was clean. The hotel has a private part of beach in the bay of Cala di volpe and a shuttle service that brings you there. A small improvement would be the service at the beach and overall cleanliness there.

Mariana must have gone to a different hotel!! Absolutely beautiful hotel, lovely pool, wonderful helpful happy staff. Lovely bedroom with really comfortable bed, lovely view from bedroom No bugs! Lovely food, fantastic breakfast, amazing views, Would have hoped to return but my wife found it a little too hot!

terrible service the people from the front desk are extremely unpolite and unsolicite. we were in 3 people , 1 of them had trouble with her credit card so we asked to pay on the next day and they locked us out of our room with all our belonging in it. worst interior design i have ever seen, very old and depressing. uncomfortable beds and shower. lots of bugs. people from the front desk made us wait 1:30 hour on the check in after a 9hour flight... it was very inconvenient. Very disorganized. . very american and comercial food. not 24 hr service at all. the closest beach that the hotel recomended was far, dirty and full of people. staff would never help us call a taxi. in general i think you can find way better places in Sardigna for the same prime. but porto cervo is a nice place.
