Ok, so hear me out Yes I rated as excellent...despite the #80's throwback awful food. Chef left jam out in a bowl marked ketchup, food was just appalling (my opinion, my partner ate but was OK with some of it) but guess what.. Zacharias (entertainment) and Roman (front desk) were the loveliest people we met, the cleaners were smiley, and made the beds fresh every day. Zack though...he just has a gift to make everyone smile, he is effervescent and his happiness is infectious. The location is just perfect, we were in room 303 and had a "partial" sea view....it was a beautiful view of the cala ferrera waters and we were lucky enough to see a beautiful sunrise every day! Would I go back to the hotel for the food... never again unless they stop 'cheap catering' and actually serve edible food. But the views, the atmosphere and oh my goodness this hotel smells amazing....all the time...its just let down by the food!!!!!!! I want to shout out Eduardo too, what a lovely man (bar manager?) He's been there 31 years and he's just so charming and lovely. So to conclude : Food? 1/10 Entertainment: 10/10 Staff: 10/10 Location: 10/10 would we return? Yes the local restaurants are superb, the hotel is dated for SURE but for a 3 star hotel I got a 5 star SERVICE (food was the only exception)

The hotel Cabot Cala D’or was fabulous,the views are amazing,all the staff,from reception,buffet,cleaning ladies made an amazing job. The hotel is Chill,nice and very beautiful. But our favourite was Zacarias,very good lad, was taking care of us the all time. The entertainment of the hotel was our Favourite part. Thanks Zacarias for being so nice

The accommodation was very clean,food wasn't good either cold or not much variety,the staff were extremely friendly,we were on the 4th floor above the kitchen which was very noisy and also the hotel nextdoor the entertainment was far to loud unfortunately both myself and my husband fell ill on the day we were going home with sickness and diarrhea and are both still suffering and unable to go back to work

I’m giving this hotel 5/5. I have stayed in many hotels over the years and this one did not disappoint. I’ll be going back again. The rooms may be simple but the beds are comfy and they are cleaned every day if you so wish. I stayed with my 2 teenage children and other than the snoring accusations - we slept very well. I don’t think photos do this place justice, it’s a relatively small hotel but with lots of communal space in the bar and outside areas for you to unwind after a day in the sun. People do tend to get up early to secure their sun beds but the staff will remove towels if the beds remain empty for too long which is fair. We went all inclusive which worked for us. The food is simple and varied, continental and full breakfast if you want, fruit, cereal, pastries etc. Lunch and dinner are very similar usually with pasta, potatoes of some sort and meat/fish options. Salad is always on offer, as is cheese and bread etc. Funny little desserts which were lovely in the main. Beer on tap is Estrella Damm which suited me down to the ground. The staff are helpful and friendly. The pool is clean. The view is stunning!!! The beach is less than a 5 minute walk away and the sea beautiful! If you have any questions feel free to ask but I definitely recommend this hotel and will be going back in the future.

Just left here after a 4 night stay. The hotel itself is in need of an upgrade which I believe will happen for next year. It is very clean the cleaners work tirelessly to have it at the high standard. We went all inclusive. The food wasn't great. We swerved most meals. I do not believe this is an issue with the chefs but rather an issue of the poor products bought. I ordered a mojito and was served some green thing with 1 ice cube in it. The coffee is almost undrinkable. We where on the 1st floor right above the kitchen and every night/morning I was woken at stupid o'clock with a delivery or bins being emptied. Cutlery and plates being cleaned people yapping. The staff seem friendly however I found them to be quite rude. And kinda miserable looking. But this could be because it's the end of season. The location is perfect. Close to the beach and all amenities.

Stayed here 5th till 12th April 2025. Had read some poor reviews so was apprehensive when we arrived. We needn't have been. Hotel spotless. All the staff professional and friendly. I have to give a special mention to Zack, who was entertaining us all week. He made my 8 year old autistic granddaughters holiday so special. She was encouraged to join all the activities and in the end was having a ball! We stayed all inclusive and had no problem with the food. The swimming pool bar always had children friendly food on offer. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
