I highly recommend you reconsider staying here. It was fine until the last night. In the evening we returned to our room to find empty wallets and our backpacks turned upside down. There was a camera in the hallway so we wanted to see the footage - specific part of 3h, when most likely theft happened, we were told at the front desk that there was no one manning the surveillance at the moment and to report back tomorrow. The next day the reception sent us back to the manager who, after a short conversation, took down my phone number and said to call when we could see the footage from the cameras - we are at the airport already and still waiting... the manager told us we should leave money in safe, which according to the offer description was supposed to be in standard of the room, and indeed it was, but without a key... No intention to solve problem, covering their own asses, stalling and giving customer runaround
