a disaster zone: avoid at all costs!
this place is an absolute disgrace. The room was a filthy mess, a testament to the manager's apparent disregard for cleanliness and customer satisfaction. The manager's attitude was nothing short of hostile, unwilling to accommodate even the simplest of requests.

Rooms were at second floor no attendent to pick luggage, no water for drinking no glass for water, cleanliness was very very poor cockroaches moving in the room. This is for dimer beach hotel

It is no better than a lodge. Staff is not amicable. Its on first floor with no lift and nobody was there to help with the luggage. No restaurant. Market area is there so you may go out for food. Very average stay.

Worst hotel ever. Soo smelly and the hotel is not neat. Anyway it is one of cheapest hotel. But it doesn’t mean it justifies the cost

Rooms were poorly managed. Bed sheets and towels were dirty. The air conditioner didn't work properly for sometime till the staff came and fixed it. No car parking. 11am checkout. 2pm checkin. Not recommended.

It was a good stay at the hotel. The room was clean and neat. All equipment including the tv was working properly. The location was very good. Walkable distance to calangute beach. Mini hotels are nearby. Getting food was not an issue. The overall experience was good.

The staff/ owner has taken for granted as they are in prime location but they are not able to maintain the basic requirements like clean towels, clean bed sheets. Would not recommend to other peoples.

3 bedroom was not comfortable, nobody was there at the reception to welcome guests, lighting problems in the room, no one was there to listen to the problem,

Location wise it's good but cleaning was too bad wash rooms are very bad bedsheets are too dirty family it was not suitable
