Ужасный персонал. Дали пустой номер. Даже телефона небыло. 64 летнюю женщину заставили пешком тащить чемоданы на самый верхний этаж. Номер не поменяли. Уборка никакая, только по запросу. Воду не дают.
Вместо тумбочек. Я сама принесла себе грязные стулья из общего холла. Русский никто не знает. Английский их понять крайне сложно.
Ресторан очень грязный. Даже во время завтрака. Постояльцы орут как ненормальные по ночам. Никто замечаний не делает. Зачем висят правила непонятно. Расположение не плохое. Но они ни разу не убрали мусорку от входа

Ужасно шумный отель , номер 15 на дорогу по которой гоняют пиликают, но и слышимость соседних номеров пипец , если постучали в чью-то дверь кажется что к вам. В номере очень грязно пыль на полу пришлось прям протирать что бы после душа босиком ходить, электричество в розетках пропадает периодически и не работает кондиционер и телевизор, не знаю как в Индии принято , но в номере ни чайника ни чашек , стакан 1 шт в номере на двоих.Мыльных принадлежностей в душе нет и зубной щетки как и туалетной бумаги нееет, территория грязная , как и бассейн . Оч все старое и убитое. Комары в номере и на территории отеля много. Разбитый плафон. Из хорошего : телевизор работает , и горячая вода есть !!! Постельное чистое. В 10 выселение , уборщица прибежит в 9.45 выгонять. Вай-фай хороший

Vintage vibe room, loved the interiors. Hot water and ac available. Worth the price we paid. Only issue is the creaking bed that’s it. Overall enjoyed the stay here. Would visit again. Very aesthetic and nice rooms.

No tv was working and for 1 hour early checkin they asked to pay me 1hour additional charges and swimming pool was so dirty

Very bad experience, 1. Hot water not provide though complaint for 3 times, no one responded. 2. There were holes on blankets. 3. I reached at 8 am asked for early check in rooms were available but was asking 300 rs per hour
