Rating: ⭐⭐⭐☆☆ (3/5) Our stay at the restaurant was enjoyable overall, but there were a few issues that affected our experience: Positives: The check-in process was quite smooth. We arrived 3 hours early, and the staff was kind enough to accommodate us and provide the room without any hassle. The location is excellent; the hotel is very close to Calangute Beach, just about 1.2 km away, making it convenient to enjoy the beach whenever we wanted. The swimming pool was the highlight of our stay—clean, well-maintained, and perfect for a fun time. We truly had a blast there. The reception staff was generally friendly and always greeted us with a smile, which was a pleasant touch. The restaurant itself was great, with delicious food and attentive service. Special thanks to Prakash Sir, who welcomed us with a smile every time, making our dining experience even better. The restaurant staff was courteous and helpful, though there was a minor hiccup when dosa was served without chutney. Areas for Improvement: Air Conditioning Issue: We had to change our room because the AC stopped working. Our original room had a beautiful swimming pool view, but the new room’s view was not worth the money, which was disappointing. Unprofessional Conduct: When we checked in, the staff members who showed us the room carried their shoes inside, which is highly unprofessional. I’ve never seen staff carry shoes into a guest room, and the same happened whenever cleaning was done. Bathroom Jet Spray: The jet spray in the bathroom made a loud noise when pressed softly, which was quite disruptive. Noisy Beds: The beds creaked loudly whenever we changed sleeping positions, disturbing our sleep significantly. Reception Experience: While the reception staff was mostly friendly, there was one incident that felt unnecessary. I was informed not to have outside food near the pool by the manager, which I accepted. However, later, when I approached the reception with a query, a staff member—who appeared to be from the North East—reiterated the same message in a rather blunt manner and without a smile. Once the information is communicated, there’s no need for the staff to repeat it, especially in a less courteous tone. Overall, the stay was good, but these issues affected our experience, hence the 3-star rating. With a few improvements, it could have been perfect.

Good hotel , nice room , complimentary beer, wine , breakfast avg. , swimming pool good , bathroom small but workable, need to upgrade the bathroom . Price is around 4 k per night ... They need to make an trust on their guest. Reception people good except restaurant breakfast morning manager.

Lovely property. I want to say that they know how to take care of the guests. We were given check in at 11am though it was 2pm. Reception staff lady & the Manager at desk Mr Anil Pandey was really very helpful. Coming to Restaurant staff they made sure to take care of us through their service. Break fast had many choices. HK staff boys got our rooms neat & clean daily . My kids enjoyed in the pool. Beach is closeby about 10 mins walk. Security at the gate was helpful for renting bike. Thank you team for fulfilling our every needs & making it a memorable stay for us!

I would say, the service is no less than a 5 star ⭐ hotel, I visited with my wife and kids, the hospitality received was awesome, Mr Anil, walked us through and gave us the best of room and price, Breakfast, room service, housekeeping, kids pool area everything was awesome, my kids have asked me whenever we come to Goa this is the place they want to stay.. thank you so much for the wonderful memories which will be cherished untill we visit again. Stay was all good. Rooms were quiet good & clean. Breakfast was good. Food at restaurant was good esp. Sumit who attended us was a nice guy. Pool area was clean, our family enjoyed alot in pool. Bella madam & Anil Sir were very helpful. Overall all was ok.

Our stay was fabulous n me my kid n my wife enjoyed a lot. Breakfast was very good,thanks to Mr Prakash. Food ordered from restaurant was tasty. Pool was neat and clean. Anil Sir & his team was very helpful. HK also did a great job. Kept our rooms clean. Overall all good stay. Recommend to everyone.
