A hotel in the heart of Calangute. There are a lot of Indians who party very loudly and for a long time from Thu to Sat. The hotel is calm, but the rooms need a little updating

We stayed here for a week with family. First of all coming to the pros - 1. It is located walking distance to Calangute beach so it's a win win for early morning or late night beach goers. 2 . It has a great crowd in evening mostly foreigners during this time of the year. 3 It is budget friendly as you won't get a resort in this price with breakfast.
Now coming to the cons - 1. The rooms are spacious but the bed size is very small and mattress are uncomfortable. You can't sleep properly with your infant in between. 2. The breakfast is average at best and repetitive. 3 Pool is very small and mostly at a crowded location where you can't enjoy a peaceful swim. 4. Some staff behaviour is really rude and does not have basic courtesy on how to treat guests. 5. Lastly the property needs a lot of renovation work as it's old and not maintained properly.
Overall an average experience if you are ready to compromise with some of your comfort like sleep and good environment. Will not like to stay there again just for saving some bucks.

Ticlo Resort offers excellent service with friendly and attentive staff who ensure a comfortable stay. The ambiance is warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxing vacation. stayed at Ticlo Resort for 2 days. We had booked an executive room, but the room was pretty average. Most of the rooms were vacant. We got room assigned on the 2nd floor, with no lift in the hotel premises.
The room equipment was all pretty old. The air conditioning was not working properly, and the washroom had an old stinky smell. Also, the washroom flush knob kept coming off and the exhaust fan was not working.
If most of the rooms are vacant, please make sure to provide at least a good room were all things are functioning properly.
Also observed that seperate building is assigned for tourist foreigners where they are given good room facilities!

as I booked luxury suite but it was not as per name luxury suite. very normal room. having specious doesn't mean luxury. beds are not comfortable as while sleeping it goes one side very down.

Location wise it's good. 5- 7 mins walk to calangute beach. well maintained rooms. Breakfast was good. Staffs were well behaved.Overall good
