Well the hotel rooms are 100% comfortable and had silence and peaceful sleep. Entertainment was there all channels are watchable. Staff so cooperative and informative. Ideal for family. Beach is near by. Calungate and BAGA. Taxis can be find out of the hotel.

At first glance this is a nice looking hotel with good size rooms. I.checked in on 21st November 2024, on arrival albeit a little early we were told our rooms were ready. We got to our room as housekeeping was leaving. We walked past piles of dirty linen left in the corridor ***** with several plates of uneaten food which I presume were from other guests on our floor, these plates of unfinished food were still in the corridor the next day. Our room looked clean but there were no towels and despite asking 3 times it was 4 hours before they made an appearance. I am a bit of a pillow freak and I always l check them out before using them which is just as well. They were absolutely disgusting, all stained and what looked like blood on one of them. I told the front desk this was totally unacceptable and their answer was to send up a non English speaking member of housekeeping staff with a 2nd set of pillowcases to put on top of the ones already on the pillows. I told him no but he did not understand, I had to go down to reception and basically demand new clean pillows which reluctantly they gave me. At the pool here was an electrical cable stretched from one end of the pool to the other side which was held together by electrical tape, not something you want to see next to water. The breakfast was absolutely disgusting and looked totally inedible and this made my mind uo to leave despite still having 3 nights left on my booking. When we packed and went down to check out the manager asked why we were leaving early and I showed him my pictures and he said let me get a cleaning team into your room. This hotel needs a good clean and staff need to be aware of their surroundings and pick things up especially in corridors and especially food trays. I would not recommend anyone to stay here

This hotel in short is misusing the brand name. We as customer take belief on the brand reputation and without enquiring much, we book the services but hotels like this shows the reality. Hotel has many empty rooms but we were kept waiting for 1.5 hours for check in. Post check-in we kept waiting for our luggage to arrive, they kept saying we are sending shortly. At last we had to carry out own bags then they transferred our trolley. Electric kettle was stinking, no hand wash in bathroom, old furniture tables with scratches kept in rooms, and what not. Lastly we had to stop noticing this things and we went out of room so not to spoil our day here. Location is also poor, we just see buildings in the name of garden. I made a huge mistake of going with the brand name. Please do not book this and better to consider other hotels with much better services.

Hello , I am Parth Patel from ahmedabad. I absolutely love The Fern's Resort & Hotels. I have stayed in many of his properties like The fern Mussoorie, The fern Kevadiya, The Fern Ranthambhore , The Fern Madhavpur , The Fern Dwarka , The Fern Nainital and many more. And I have enjoyed all these places and the service has been good. Food, room service, hospitality I have never faced any problem. And with this in mind I booked Fern Residency Calangute. I went there thinking that what I enjoyed in other properties of The Fern, I would enjoy this property as well. But going there I did not feel that I was in The Fern. There was a problem with all the services and everything was upside down from what I thought. Despite asking many times, no one came to clean my room for 2 days. Bottles of water which is a basic facility which should be placed in the room 2 bottles per day are also not kept for 3 days. Same menu in breakfast every day. No change at all. The property is also very dirty. Stairs, floors, rooms were very dusty. And the biggest problem was that there were staff members who were not willing to listen, and there was no communication between them. Main concerned person is there MR. Shiva. Which is not a responsible person at all . He used to do whatever he wanted. Shiva never cooperated with anyone. We are very disappointed with The Fern Residency Calangute and their staff . And if we talk to them for any improvement or for our demand, they used to reply that this is the responsibility of our the fern head office management's decision. It is not our responsibility. Indeed, the management of the Fern Head Office on this matter is something to think about. Otherwise, people will not have faith in the Fern as before. Main negative point is the staff and their service.

Really nice place for vacation and enjoy your time. Nice breakfast and Resturant. Excellent location access. Staff do as professional in hotel and all kind and helpful. Rooms are clean. Mr Lee was full time behind us till we empty this trip.

The fern residency Calangute goa is the one of the best hotel is in the goa I stayed their for two nights and I enjoyed alot staff is very much supportive and food is delicious and tasty, rooms are very big and beautiful designed with balcony that's it
