I stayed at this hotel in early May 2025. Be cautious of the seemingly professional photographs. The hotel room appeared worn, and the bathroom was in a similar state, although I must commend the overall cleanliness of the hotel during my stay. A particularly strange recurring issue was that both my bedroom and the public restrooms featured glass doors that did not align properly with their frames. Since I was sharing the room with a friend rather than a partner, we unfortunately had to witness each other using the bathroom. This same situation applied to the poolside restrooms; who would want to use a bathroom visible in front of strangers? Upon arrival, I experienced the rudest and most hurried check-in I have ever encountered while on holiday. This was not due to the young lady assisting us, but a rather abrupt, receptionist with red hair who was shouting orders from behind the desk. During the brief check-in process, which involved putting on a wristband and being directed to the restaurant, I was abruptly instructed to halt my signing of the arrival papers as the other receptionist insisted that the daily tax be paid immediately! We were then hurriedly directed to have lunch, with no further hotel explanations provided. We arrived at lunch approximately 30 minutes before the serving time ended, through no fault of our own, only to find that 70% of the lunch items had already been removed. Throughout my stay, the hot food options were consistently limited, lukewarm, and often cold. It’s a good job I like salad. I have noted that this is a common complaint in other reviews, and the management's responses tend to be overly defensive. This was the worst all-inclusive dining experience I have ever had. In the restaurant, there are specific tables designated for couples only. Most of these tables are situated in the centre of the restaurant, while tables for three or more are positioned by the windows with a view. Despite the restaurant often being crowded, patrons are prohibited from occupying certain tables and are closely monitored. My friend and I chose to sit at a table designated for three, as we appreciated the view of the sea. However, we were approached by a waitress named Tati, who removed the 'reserved for three' sign at the far end of table by reaching across our plates as we were eating and forcefully slammed it in the centre to emphasize that we were inappropriately seated. My patience and manners were tested that day. This waitress could benefit from additional training in customer service or may be better suited for a role that does not involve direct public interaction. I would not return to this establishment and unfortunately would certainly not recommend it to others.

We arrived late last night, very tired (we're getting on a bit now) and there was a problem with our room, which the travel agent only informed us about on Saturday afternoon so we were aware of it and prepared for some issues. However, one of the ladies on reception (Sonia) was incredibly helpful, so Mr. Manager please pass on our thanks. She gave us a room which turned out was quite a walk away. Unfortunately I am recovering from an operation on my foot and it was just not a viable option as I'm literally in a lot of pain at the moment. She then spent some time trying to find us alternative, for which we were so grateful . A great relief, especially as we are celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary (I told you we were getting on 😂). As for the hotel itself? So far very pleased.

Super clean hotel fabulous location friendly staff amazing beach good spacious pool area everything you need is close by short walk to shopping centre restaurants and bars.Great for couples or families. The rooms have lovely sea views and are outstanding. The only issue we had was everything we ate in the restaurants or pool snack bar was cold and in some cases freezing, serving counters did not keep the food warm.

Positive: 1) After asking, stuff were very helpful with food allergies and every morning I was able to eat gluten free. 2) The range of meals was very good every day. 3) Everyday cleaning in the room was absolutely superb. Negative: 1) Under the doors of the room was very big space which allows to shine light from the hallway. Also after three days of staying, it came a very bad smell from shower drain. 2) No plant-based yogurts in the offer for breakfasts.

I don’t really know how to start this review, but if you like fish for breakfast, lunch and dinner this is the hotel for you! Not all aspects of the hotel are negative - with all due respect it is clean, the reception staff have great hospitality and are really welcoming! However I would not rate this hotel a 4 star hotel; the food is absolutely shocking to the point I was dreading going for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food was constantly cold, re-heated and had no selection to offer - not what we wanted or liked. I would like to add, I am 22 years old and my Fiancé is 27 and we were both looking forward to this holiday for months, and when the time actually arrived it really didn’t meet the expectation. Not only was the food an issue, the entertainment and the staff who organise the entertainment, were absolutely awful, childish and juvenile - making jokes and not really having any structure and just repeating the same things night after night; bingo, child disco and just making stupid jokes and acting like Children. Two of the male entertainment staff were more intrested in getting girls who were guests instagram. The girls made it very obvious they wanted them to leave and it’s really ran thin on our patience and mortality. The pool staff were rude, especially if you moved a sun lounger to over 90 degrees. You pay for all inclusive, yet you only get half the menu of drinks at the hotel and the rest, which they count as premium such as certain cocktails, you have to pay a sub charge of 5 euros. These cocktails also taste awful ! Be careful when purchasing a cocktail that is included in the all inclusive as the pre made mixers they use contain no alcohol content at all so you are basically drinking just juice Even little things like having a towel for the room and a safe in the room you have to pay extra. I mean 45 euros for a safe for a week just to protect your money and passport in a different country, real important factors you need to fly home. I mean come on, the amount of hidden prices! Never on a holiday have I looked forward to returning home but this holiday I couldn’t wait to get on the plane and return home to good food and society that felt normal.

Had a nice weekend away with friends, the hotel is situated in a lovely area, amazing beach and lots of nice shops and bars locally, the hotel itself is clean with decent size rooms all overlooking the sea, but the food is a let down, very predictable and everything lukewarm, and the AI drinks selection is very poor for a Globales hotel, and the entertainment team weren’t great, so we spent most of our time away from the hotel and just used it as a base, we used the pool and it is the coldest pool I have ever been in.

Stayed in this hotel for a week and had a really lovely holiday. First thing to address is the food. I don’t understand what people are expecting, because I was really impressed with the vast range of different foods available every single day, and think many reviews have been unfair. This hotel is doing mass catering, buffet style, to several hundred people at every meal slot. It is not order from a menu restaurant style. While there, there was a different theme every single day: Asian theme, with a curry, vegetable sushi and bao buns, Italian night with pizzas, American night with burgers, Spanish night with tapas, patatas bravas, Spanish omelette, Seafood night with fresh mussels, clams, razor clams, prawns, Mexican night with chilli, wraps and nachos. Then, aside from these daily specials, you have some constants. In one area of the restaurant you have a buffet table that usually has a range of meats and cheeses, salad, and desserts. On the other side, you have the hot table, this changes daily but always includes hot veg and chips, with fish and meat options, and at the end of this is a pasta bar. There is also a fresh bread bar at every mealtime. Breakfast always included hot options (eggs, bacon, sausage, baked beans, potato), pancakes, porridge, fruit, pastries, yoghurt etc, then some specials like churros and waffles. There seemed to be paella every lunch time (on top of the cold and hot options, including pasta bar, salad bar and bread bar) which was divine. Honestly, what aren’t people eating? Beautiful fresh salads, every meat and cheese under the sun, a huge range of fish, and some of the hot meat options I remember where ribs, pork, curry, chicken skewers, sliced beef. There was honestly SO MUCH. Even the pickiest eaters could surely be happy with a range of breads, lovely salads, three types of pasta every day (one being plain that you could add to) cheese, chips etc The restaurant can be busy and a little hectic, but this is down to the clientele – there were lots of rude people who tried to bypass queues etc. Staff were brilliant at getting you seated and cleared away plates and reloaded food so quickly. Huge thank you to everyone! Plus, the majority of the restaurant had the beautiful views of the beach and sea, so a lovely way to eat. I did not notice any strong smells. There were juices, fizzy drinks, water, beer and wines all on tap, and you could buy fancier drinks if you wanted (fresh orange at breakfast, cocktails at night) There was a queue for opening – people wanting to eat the moment it opened at 7pm. Otherwise, not really much of a queue to get inside, unless a bigger group needing a bigger table. Now, everything else! I think this hotel is the best placed in the area, with the stunning beach just a couple of minutes away. Note – the beach beds at the beach (which have a security box and priced at 15.50 euros) is independent and not linked to the hotel. We didn’t pay extra for a sea view for our room, but it
