The hotel service is unparalleled, the best breakfast, etc., etc.
It has a pool that they can always use!
But then there's a spa that's limited for children.
My only advice is to fix the Wi-Fi, which is terrible! And it's vital these days since some people are working remotely.

Excellent hotel, very kind staff. Too bad there is no spa in the hotel but in a building next door. The spa is dirty but in any case the hotel is incredible I recommend
