GHT Maritim

First stay at the Maritim and the hotel is excellent. All the staff are welcoming and friendly and everywhere is spotlessly clean. Stayed half-board & the food is really great, varied and plentiful. The room was amazing with lots of little extras from toothbrushes to soaps, and the beds are comfy making for a relaxing night's sleep. With air-con, fridge & fabulous view of the sea I'd give it 10 stars if I could. Looking forward to

Beautiful modern hotel, friendly staff, clean room, we had daily cleaning, always clean towels, quiet room, good air conditioning, which allows you to cool down. Very tasty, high-quality and varied food, we went to the restaurant several times, and then decided that the food in the hotel is much tastier. After an early check-out, we were given the opportunity to use the pool area and spa until our departure. I want to return to this hotel many times, this hotel gave us warm memories for life.

great hotel on great place. everything was perfect,from room,food and people and workers in hotel are so polite and nice. on the top you have pool and beautiful view on beach. hotel is close to beach. for me is the best in calella. also on reception you can got information and pay excurtion if you interested in,in my case i was in barcelona. great expiriance and always in my heart.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly, We paid for breakfast and evening meal when we got there we were very tired and just wanted something to eat then go to bed, but as we had a late flit the restaurant was closed, so we had to go out to buy something and never got a discount or any money back other places we have been to in the past give you a plate of food to eat and a drink. We had the f1 package so had to catch the buss before breakfast which was a bit strange as it was a package so thought the hotel would open restaurant early for the three days. They did give us a pack up which was cheese sandwiches (not idea for breakfast). I did ask for pastry's but still only got cheese sandwiches. We were very disappoint with the views out of the bedroom window as it was just off the back of the kitchen we heard staff coming and going early in the mornings, All the food was cold including the cooked food which some was only just cooked. there were no drinks with evening meals you even had to pay for water which was expensive we brought a big cheap bottle from the shops for half the price, We didn't think people should of been able to reserve tables as they took the better ones and didn't come down for there meals till late. We asked for tea and coffee but was told we can only have coffee with breakfast. There wasn't any tea at all only herbal tea at breakfast.

Stayed in other hotels in Calella and this one was by far the better. The rooms are smaller than expected but adequate . Very Clean and beds are quite comfy. Although pillows are terrible and no extra available in room. Maybe on request No tea/ coffee facilities either although I was informed a kettle is available for 20 € deposit. Fell short for 4* for me for these reasons. Also our room faced back end of building the view was dismal. Balcony was minute with room for tiny chair. Extra supplement for better views. Only booked B&B, food was good and plenty of choice, with fresh cooked eggs option. Roof top terrace is excellent with great views, beds & jacuzzi. Very clean. Indoor pool and spa nice to relax. There was no entertainment during our stay. Lot of guests playing cards. Although Maritim not to blame the hotel next door was very very noisy lots of shouting at night. Overall it is one of the better hotels. We had a good stay. Very clean, well presented and friendly staff. Be sure to book a room with a view and bigger balcony.

Nice hotel, good food. Jacuzzis where operational, Rooms cleaned regularly. The view is spectacular. Beach is very near. what to say anymore. Lot of tourists where there, City of Calella is nice little city to walk. The rooftop is exelent.
