Lovely hotel, exceptionally clean and the staff are lovely too, they even left a bottle of cava in our room on my birthday!
The beds are the comfiest I have ever slept on in the whole of the Canaries. Entertainment is great as well, good to keep the kids amused.
We will definitely be back here.
WiFi is not great and there is no air conditioning in the rooms, a little tip is to open the bathroom and bedroom window, it allows the room to cool to a comfortable temperature. These are the only faults I could find in my time here, all the plus points certainly outway the not so good points, hence why we will definitely come back here.

It was a short but very pleasant stay, the staff was very attentive and friendly, the prices were very affordable and the pools were wonderful, with a very complete buffet.

It was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in !! The rooms need up dating ! Curtains are tatty and ripped in parts. Bed Settee is very uncomfortable and shappy, Holes in the sheets, front inside door frame needed Plastering as there were holes on the side of it filled with toilet paper.. The door to the balcony door, the lever plate was loose, and we couldn't shut the door they did come and put 2 screws and fixed it. The beads round the balcony doors were loose, and the glass could have come out, Stains on the walls and some holes on the walls. We left the towels on the floor in the bathroom on the day they change them before we went out in the morning and came back after 3 pm the towels were still on the floor, we went to the receptionist asked the receptionist if we could have clean towels because we left them on the floor, she was very nasty and said the cleaners have got to do the others rooms for new quests, weren't we quest.. !!! The jet2 rep was helpful in getting things resolved. The brochure and Internet are misleading to this hotel, as it states, " with a peaceful atmosphere perfect for relaxing....." As shown in the photo. We are coming back to fuerteventura in March. we will never stay at this hotel again!!

A very friendly hotel with great views and pretty good value if going all-inclusive. If you are disabled and going to be accommodated in an adapted room I would think about the following. If confined to a wheelchair there is a strong likelihood that you will not be able to see over the solid balcony. Also, there is a two-inch high threshold bar to get to the balcony area. This is almost impossible to navigate in most chairs. The kitchen area for wheelchair users is also completely inaccessible for most tasks with the microwave five feet from the floor. Please bear these things in mind if wheelchair-bound. We did raise concerns the last time we visited but fixing a plastic threshold ramp was obviously too much expense.

Arrived on the 11th December to a hotel I've been in 3 times, my last being March with my family. I had emailed ahead to ask for an upgrade to a sea view if possible was willing to pay extra as it was my partners 70th birthday but they said they didn't receive my email and that the hotel was full so not possible! I accepted that no problem, thought she was quite abrupt. This is my third visit to this hotel but will be my last. We were given room 2109 which has no sun on the balcony all day, we are overlooked by rooms on the balcony side so no privacy and can see into each other's rooms. The blackout curtains in the lounge are all torn and tattered. The wooden headboard for the bed has come away from the wall and apart from the marks it's left it bangs every time you turnover! Because the receptionist told me the hotel was full there didn't seem much point in asking to be moved but after 3 days of loads of empty rooms I knew she was just being awkward so we stayed put (big mistake)! For that I will never return here nor recommend it to anyone which is a shame as I was so looking forward to my return.

Stayed here for the first time for our 20th wedding anniversary for a week and what a fantastic time we had. The only negative thing i would say is that the rooms really could do with updating but didn't affect our holiday at all. Clean room which was cleaned daily, towels changed every couple of days. The food to say this is a 3 star hotel was fantastic. The staff are amazing & so friendly & can't do enough for you. They work so hard & are an absolute credit to this hotel. The drinks are great too. The next time we come to fuerteventura we will be staying here again. Thankyou elba castillo san Jorge for a great holiday

The rooms are spacious and cleaned every day love the sea views from the balcony. this is the third time here and will be back. Caleta de Fuste is easy to get around with great views. A lovely stroll on the front to the hard our and some great places to have a drink and some food
