Hotel Ereza Mar - Adults Only

Excellent Service , however be aware that i purchased through trip.com the hotel did try to charge me an extra £100 euros , because the deal i paid for wasn’t the price set by the hotel, however after the Receptionist spoke to the manager , they honoured the price i paid , all in all from start to finish took about 20 mins , the Room with a sea view was absolutely stunning, i thought the room had no electric , however a quick pop to the desk explained that the key card you use to get into the room goes into a slot in the entrance way to turn it on , ( quick suggestion to the hotel maybe explain this when you give out the room cards ) Having stayed in a different hotel previously i didn’t know what to expect , i’m happy to say i will be back , its at least 2/3 minutes walk to the beach , has disabled access which is great , lifts are in the lobby to allow higher floors, they have a chill out zone thats open from 9am which has rooftop jacuzzi’s ,sauna and stunning views over the sea , it also has two pools one inside the complex and another outside, The breakfast while inconvenient at times having to go downstairs to eat, ( they do have room service however at €10 was not something i wanted to pay personally it was a nice touch though ) was plentiful to say the least they had a large variety to cater to everyone . The receptionist were brilliant even with a slight language barrier , some are multilingual in any event , my advice learn some words in Spanish helps a lot ! The Room itself was absolutely spotlessly cleaned , fresh towels and bedding changed daily by the cleaners , with little heart chocolate’s was a nice surprise one slight issue for me unless you want to be woke up at 8/9am with the drinks bar i would fully use the do not disturb sign , The hotel has a massage and therapy i used the 2 hour service and both the husband and wife are an excellent edition to the hotel , they cater to a range of injuries , we even joked that my back was as hard as wood , they worked in tandem and gave one of the best massages i have ever had and i’ve had quite a few over the years. There are quite a few places to eat , however the restaurant which is about 1 minute walk from the hotel has the most amazing staff and the food is great, the prices are reasonable to. Now i know this is an adult only hotel so i was expecting the hotel to be loud in the evenings until the early hours , and while this was at the end of June 2024 i heard little in the way of noise passed 1am. Being the night owl having the sea view and listening to the sound of the waves at 1/2/3 am in the morning is the most peaceful i have felt , thank-you Ezra Mar for the Wonderful Memories. All in all it was an Excellent stay , I Will be back thats for sure , Thanks to all the cleaners and staff at the hotel , what a pleasurable experience.

We had a wonderful stay here the food was great a good mix although rather interesting that they copy the British food selections although some local dishes. Sied is very hard working for the entertainment around the pool and the staff are super friendly! Only thing I would change is a wrist band system to cut the queue times down at the bar!

The entertainment was great, Saeed got everyone really involved and we made lots of new friends. Really enjoyed the holiday. The rooms were always very clean and the staff couldn't do enough to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Would definitely come back.

Judging by some of the reviews on here I was a bit nervous before arriving, upon arrival i was pleasantly surprised, quick check in, hotel room on 2nd floor, road facing, gets the sun in the afternoon, very clean, comfy bed, spacious, plenty of storage space, decent sized bathroom with a large walk in shower. room was cleaned daily and towels changed every other day. Food was ok, plenty of choices although did become repetitive, typical canary island hotel cuisine, hot food was luke warm on a couple of occasions. Drinks were ok, Amstel on draft, white wine wasn't to bad and local spirits were ok too. Special thanks to Daniel who worked behind the entertainment room bar, always smiling and very friendly, very hard working as are the rest of the staff, would I stay here again, yes I would. Great location

I was really thrilled with this hotel. We went on a bed and breakfast basis.....the breakfast was more than adequate. A pleasant and clean restaurant, charming staff which made for a pleasurable experience. The hotel is immaculate. The bedroom also, the shower was lovely. I read the reviews of no coffee in the room....only teabags....but at breakfast there are decaf coffee sachets, some of which I took! Yes there are stairs within the hotel but also corresponding ramps. There is a restaurant called dorada adjoining the hotel, you get a 20% discount. It is excellent... Best sangria too
