There seems to be a shelter near the hotel, so there are many mentally disturbed homeless people wandering around. It was also a bit scary passing by that mall in the morning.
The breakfast options are very limited, just hot food (hash browns, bacon sausage and scrambled eggs) and bread. The dishes also looked dirty and not clean.
The water in the room is free for Silver members and above, while ordinary members have to pay 2.5 Canadian dollars per bottle. There is a water dispenser in the lobby, but you have to go downstairs to get some water, which is quite troublesome.
