Along River Ridge

Very happy with our stay. Nice facility and location. Will for sure stay here again. Close to family and want to go back in summer to enjoy the river view. Could have better parking but it works. Enjoyed the fireplace and cozy room. Didn’t try the spa tub.

great place to have a relaxing vacation. easy to get to. convient to places to go to. when going around downtown. you can just take a walk and enjoy the view of calgary. transit in downtown are free as well. alot of parks to go to nearby. night life can be easier to go to since it's on downtown area. a must stay vacation place.

This place is so cute cozy and nostalgic!! I’m obsessed with it and am already recommending it to everyone haha. Everything was so clean and tidy. The vibes are so homey! It makes my heart happy. The pics are how it looked upon our arrival 🥹 we had the best night. Thank you!!!!

I requested a refund from this business because of the mold in the jet tub, which I have photos of , as well as the issues with the fireplace and bed being so low quality. Then the customer service from the owner themselves has left me with no refund and they won’t even reply to me. I requested at first to have an 80$ refund from the 185$ night stay. They refused and have since just ignored me as a customer taking my money for services I couldn’t even use …. This was for my anniversary and it was completely ruined. You do not have access to contact anyone and they will not talk on the phone …. They will leave their customers unsatisfied and disappointed….. I am still looking for a complete full refund and they refuse to give me anything. Having owners who don’t care about their clients, don’t seem to care much about their business.

My stay, here was completely unsatisfactory, upon arrival you have a shared entrance with two other client rooms, and it feels very uncomfortable coming into your suite. It’s also difficult to navigate which room you’re supposed to go to, once, in our sweet, there was supposed to be rose petals around the sweet for our anniversary, and that never happened, then upon filling the Jacuzzi tub and turning on the jets, a bunch of mould came out, pictures added and sent to the company in which they have been reluctant to even communicate with me about any type of Refund as I had requested since my stay was completely unsatisfactory, not only was there mould in the Jacuzzi tub, but also the fireplace did not work, and the bed was so squeaky We couldn’t even sleep on it. I did attempt to contact two people in regards to this , specifically the owner and no one has yet to call me back. They keep on pushing me off and telling me they cannot contact me. They can only talk to me over text which is horrible business practice. I would zero out of zero not recommend this place. After offering me a $40 refund, and me, stating that itwas not satisfactory to me, as I had agreed to pay $100 for the evening, they are now just ignoring me and took my money(180$/night) Really terrible customer service and business practices. The fact that they state on their website that they are a contactless facility for your protection, I feel it’s just a way for them to not have to communicate with their customers properly.
