Clean and comfortable stay. Overall satisfactory and inline with expectation. Very central location. Enough pockets of space to lay out gifts and stuff I bought.

Located at walkable distance from Powell Station.
The queen bed room is smaller than expected. However, the stay was great.
Will be great if the hotel can provide certain amenity suck as tooth brush , shaver etc for business traveller.
Coffee and tea bags are not refill daily even I have stayed for 2 nights.
Gym is great for workout and open for 24 hours.
Breakfast is simple Japanese style and open only after 7am.

The exterior of the building should be refreshed to match the wonderful interior.

Loved it loved it loved it. The fact that you get the gym pool and sauna included in the resort fee is stellar. A great place for a 24 hour romantic rendezvous.

The room is beautifully decorated, very clean and spacious. Located in a convenient spot only 5 minute walk from the underground train station that can get to the airport, and 5 minute walk to the street trams to Fisherman wharf and Pier 39. Staff are super friendly and gave us two free drink vouchers for my husband’s birthday celebration.

Room is clean but on the smaller size compared to other US hotels. Location is good with lots of eateries and restaurants within easy walking distance from the hotel.

Central location downtown close to Union Square. Nevertheless the neighborhood is slightly rough. Good service, but only 1 bottle of complimentary water for the whole stay. Rooms are clean, but a little small. Good views of the skyline in the higher floors. Staff very friendly.
