We had an amazing stay at Zilwa. Our room was very clean and staff were very friendly.

Отель очень хороший! Чисто, уютно, все приветливые. Питание очень достойное и на завтрак и на ужин. Обеды так себе (разнообразия нет) и дорого, если брать на месте. От основных достопримечательной далековато, но если есть машина, то нормально. Пляж тоже неплохой, утром мелковато, но плавать можно, вода не очень прозрачная.

Hot and Buggy
The outside and the pool areas were nice. The pools and beach were nice. There were lots of bugs. While eating dinner at the buffet lots of ants began crawling up the table legs and across the table. It was not very appealing. Also, there were bugs in the room including what we thought was a roach on the bed and lots of ants around the room and in the bathroom.
The air conditioner never able to get the room to the temperature set on the thermostat and the ceiling fan switch was broken which made it unable to be changed.
All of the restaurants/bars were outside and it was out making dining uncomfortable. There was no airconditioned commons area.

Super nice hotel! Nearly everything is included in the all-inclusive package. Great variety of food and restaurants.

Great service, lots of things to do: swimming pools, boat trips, snorkeling, activities. Enough restaurants never to eat in the same place twice!
