I booked a deluxe room. The room is clean and the air conditioning is good. However, the deluxe room does not have a fridge and the tv does not work. The hotel is right across SM Fairview and Ayala Malls, Robinsons and Landers are walking distance away.

In the past, my husband and I would only book a hotel for just the two of us. We would spend our days playing and having fun at the malls, and in the evenings, we would check into the hotel. However, I'm so happy to say that a lot has changed. Now, our family bonding time has really improved. We check into the hotel first and unpack our bags and essentials for both myself and our daughter. After getting settled, we enjoy special moments together. We have fun at the mall, visit Kidzoona, and spend time with my father, her grandpa, whom we haven't seen in nearly a year. Later, we enjoy our time in the hotel by eating, playing with our daughter, and cherishing each other's company.

It was our daughter's elementary commencement exercises at Robinsons Novaliches and Sotogrande Neopolitan Hotel is just the perfect place to rest and relax before and after the graduation. The room is conducive for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids with spacious 2 double beds, the room have a bath tub and a hair dryer too. There were some minor hiccups too from the housekeeping but the front desks and reception were very accommodating and friendly. The hotel have its spacious clubhouse swimming pool with gym and a basketball court too. Me and my family enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again. The afternoon food at the cafe shop were great although available was breakfast meals.

My parents said the CR in the room was too small and the shower wasn’t working well. But I guess for a budget inn it’s okay.
