4 nights ang stay namin dahil sa 3-day board exam. Here's my detailed review. Pros: Very friendly po yung receptionists, guards and staffs. Igigreet ka nila everytime mapapadaan ka and minsan chichikahin ka din. Kapag nagrequest ka ng room service, mabilis din po sila. Very professional. Very accessible din yung place. Paglabas mo kahit saan ka lumingon, may kainan na. Malapit lang din sa drugstores and walking distance to grocery stores and SM. Pwede ring magjeep. Pwedeng magcharge since may 1 socket sila sa gilid ng vanity table. May free bottled water din po sila everyday. Kung anong oras ka nag-check-in, ganung oras din check-out. Akala ko susundin yung sched dito sa app. May table din for foods and vanity table w/ mirror for your make ups. Cons: Need lang po siguro na ma-control pa yung small cockroaches kasi medyo madaming nagtatago and yung tv na natapat po sa amin ay may lines na sa screen so need magtiis if manonood. Hindi rin kami mailipat ng room dahil fully booked sila that time. Overall 5 stars kasi bawi naman sa kindness ng staffs hahaha. Thank you so much, Hotel 99!

Stayed here because of board exam. Location-wise, it is good as it is surrounded with malls, drug stores, etc that are very convenient for us. The place is clean, but the service is not quite good. We tried raising the issue on the remote thru call and personal, and the staff kept saying they'll assist us and fix it but until our checkout time, no one really came. We stayed there for 4 days fyi.

Good services, 24/7 open. Very accommodating staff. And they answer your inquiries.

Poor hotel house keeping of LRT sogo monumento. Be careful house keeping interested on customers forgotten belongings on there room. Hotel sogo monumento LRT branch, very terrible house keeping. I forgot my watch G shock watch model GA-2000s black after I checked out when I got back to the hotel 35 min after my check out. Nothings on there lost and found, it should be there house keeping attendant should be responsible for the belongings of there customers if some customers left there belongings in their room after they checked out. Surrender left belongis of the customers on there lost amd found. Safety and security of the hotel is very poor too I noticed that they lack cctv cameras in the hotel. What a terrible customer and house keeping SOGO LRT monumento has.

The staff was friendly and the ambiance of the lobby was clean. Our stay is smooth here in Sogo good job our food order was served within the promised time given by your employee. The facilities and amenities are great. I'm surely coming back to your branch here edsa Monumento

We had a very nice stay at your hotel last Day. The food was gorgeous and i slept very well in your comfortable beds. The staff were very helpful during the stay, all in all this is a very recommend hotel, so comfy and the service is superb thankyou so much for accomodating during our stay. we surely go back again some other time that for sure. thank you so much
