Apartamentos Esmeralda

It ia a nice Place, but little old building. It needs renovation. The place is quite good and very friendly staff. It is situated close to a beautiful sea beach where you can go for morning walk and swimming. There are many restaurant and supermarkets around. The appartement has four sections. In section one, you can have the best view of the beach.

Just came back from a week here. Positives: Brilliant location ,got beach, bars, restaurants, supermarket all very close. Good size apartment for a couple. Biggest balcony I've ever had. Table, 4 chairs and 2 sun loungers. Full size fridge. Modern hob. Pools clean. Never had to reserve sunbeds, always available. No noise when we were there. Negatives: The bed is as hard as a rock and small. We ended up using the cushion off the sofa bed. No kettle to make drinks ,we boiled water in the saucepan. Mainly drank wine and beer on the balcony. Calpe is lovely, the beach is sandy, clean and doesn't drop suddenly. We hired 2 sunbeds and z canopy for €18. All the restaurants we ate in were really good. You can get the bus at the end of the street by the aquamarine hotel to Moraira which is well worth a visit. It's €3 for 2. Takes 20 minutes.
