"What you see in the photos is what you get! The breakfast was delicious and the morning Pilates class was also very good. The restaurant was excellent and the wine was also very good. "I have always liked the brand melia. So if there is a melia hotel, they will always choose melia. This time there were some problems when placing an order on Ctrip, but fortunately it was resolved. Let's talk about the hotel again, the hotel has a name called the level, knock on the blackboard! When you stay at the Melia Hotel, if you have the level, you must not miss it, even if it is a bit more expensive. As far as I know, both menorca and Mallorca's melia are available. With this service, enjoy a specific pool and breakfast area. There is also afternoon tea and various cocktails. It's really out of the universe. The design of the hotel also likes it very much, the simple white color, the aunty cleans the hygiene every day. The only drawback, perhaps an advantage for others, is that there is a nikki beach bar next to it. It is said to be the hottest bar in the area. There will always be a lot of people at outdoor parties in the afternoon. I am personally noisy, and I am too old to be able to play"

RRabs ShowtimeThis hotel was absolutely fabulous. The facilities were great, especially the pool and private beach area. The views are spectacular all round. The room was clean and comfortable but there was very little space between the bed and the TV. We found it difficult to get to the other side of the room without bumping into the TV everytime. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. They recommended a good cruise and helped with a motorbike rental company. I would definitely stay here again.

The location is simply unbeatable—perched right on the coastline, with stunning views of the turquoise waters of the Bay of Palma. Waking up to the sound of the waves and having breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea is something I look forward to every time I visit. The hotel’s lush gardens, with their towering palm trees and cozy lounge areas, create an atmosphere of total relaxation.
The rooms are elegantly designed in a classic Mediterranean style, with whitewashed walls, wooden accents, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. Many of them come with private terraces, perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine in the evening. While the décor is timeless, the hotel has managed to maintain a fresh and well-kept feel over the years.
One of the highlights of every stay is dining at Las Terrazas de Bendinat, the hotel’s restaurant. Sitting right by the sea, it offers some of the best seafood dishes on the island. GGuest UserHotel has good location because it’s by the beach and there’s a nice boardwalk with good restaurants and bars/clubs nearby but not close enough where it’s loud. Hotel is good for folks of all ages and we saw families, couples and groups of friends. View of the ocean was nice and a lot of amenities like pool, gym, arcade, etc.
The main drawback was/is parking. Hotel has 12 or so spots and if you come back after 6pm it’s hard to find a spot. There is public parking nearby but it’s very difficult to find spot/ park. We spent 30 min wondering trying to find anything.
Room was also not very clean. Cups and spoons didn’t get cleaned/refresh. Floor was also sandy.
Also bed was two twin beds pushed together which was a bit annoying.
We got a good price and we are satisfied, but would probably look somewhere else next time unless we got a super great price.

FFreddie AtchisonEasy check in. Perfect location. Wonderful views from the sea facing rooms. Very close to Magalluf ***** but also within walking distance of bars and restaurants of Palmanova. Bit of a steep hill in front of the hotel, but manageable if mobile. Food and drinks in the hotel of good quality and reasonably priced. All staff are very friendly and accommodating, particularly Ian, the manager, who makes a point of speaking with every resident during the day, around the poolside. Resident DJ plays chilled tunes all day beside the pool. I would definitely recommend this hotel for adults of all ages, and will definitely return again soon. Thank you.

TThe Traveler CoupleThe place of the hotel was literally closed to the beach front and alot of restaurants. I’m sorry if I will give three for the cleanliness, it was based on my experience but maybe once you try it you won’t experience what I experienced. But this hotel is beautiful but I think for summer time it doesn’t deserve the price they offer. Amenities is perfect because they have some saunas and some other stuff if ever the weather will be unpredictable and thats a big deal that I like with the hotel.

GGuest UserThe apartments are well appointed in Santa Ponsa just a short walk from the bay and restaurants. I was welcomed by the night manager who was very helpful. The apartment was clean and well equipped. I have no issues with the 'front of house' experience. But, I question the company's ability to rationalise a dispute fairly. I was there for 2 nights only, visiting for a special occasion.
When I returned from eating after a long day I was locked out of my room and the night manager couldn't gain access with his pass key. He kindly arranged another room for me but all my belongings were locked in the other room.
I was due to be picked up the following morning for a trip into Palma, but missed the opportunity as I had to stay to wait for my belongings. They had to break into the room to access my stuff. The company's view towards my compensation was that they gave me another room so that's all they were prepared to offer, well I should hope they did give me another room I'd paid for it. I can't be bothered to take this any further to be honest, but be mindful if you're staying here and you have medication in your room, for example.

SSam_AleeMy breakfast was included during my stays and as I told them to pack my breakfast because I leave early morning before their breakfast time starts. They promised me they will give us Sandwiches and other related items whereas they give us some unhealthy and bad condition cookies and wafers. I didn't even check because I trust them. But when I saw this, I was shocked and called the hotel number and they replied they didn't know anything about this. How funny!! I was really disappointed.

My view from room was awful, I had end room so my balcony faced a wall and had some garbage from other guests thrown down into it. Cleared that up myself.
Room size excellent! Really felt at home in my room.
Bathroom had some cleanliness issues, saw many short curly light brown hairs on sink, shower floor, on shower gel and shower handle. But this didn’t ruin anything. For the room, the only thing I will say is it’s missing basic hotel room items like kettle tea/coffee making facilities. Body cream little bits like that in the bathroom.
Apart from that it was a great stay and I would return!

EEkaterinaThe hotel is located in the beautiful district of Santa Ponsa - mountains, greenery, sea. The rooms are spacious and have a balcony. Quiet area (you can sleep at night). The hotel has two swimming pools - one for adults and one for children, and there is animation. You can walk to the beach in 15-17 minutes. There are shops and cafes nearby.
Of the minuses: no coffee machine 🥲
Payment on site/in cafes only by card.
The bed linen smelled damp.
If you leave the room, the refrigerator stops working (so ask for a second magnetic card, otherwise the food in the refrigerator will spoil).
