El hotel está muy bonito, pero su mayor atractivo, que a mi parecer es la alberca, tiene un grandísimo defecto "EL AGUA ESTA HELADA" al grado que es imposible meterse, espero que tomen cartas en el asunto y arreglen ese punto, pues es lo que les faltaría para que todo estuviera PERFECTO!!!

La mejor experiencia con mis amigos no la pasamos increíble gran hotel para pasar un fin de semana agradable super recomendado, el personal super atento no tuvimos ningun problema desde que llegamos muy recomendable para ir a pasar un fin con amigos

Este hotel es mi favorito en Calvillo por su ubicación sus amplias habitaciones y el buen servicio que te dan, la tranquilidad que se respira en sus jardines nos encanta a mi esposa y a mi, lo recomiendo ampliamente para un fin de semana de relax.

No tienen aire acondicionado tampoco tienen refrigerador. Les dije que un vaso estaba estrellado no era ni mi culpa y me lo cobraron ah cien pesos y les pedí un recibo y contestaron no damos para un vaso. Ganaron cien pesos y un cliente que nunca va ah regresar y no recomendarlos.

Hicimos nuestra reservación por la pagina de expidia y reservamos una habitación con Jacuzzi a la hora de llegar nos dieron una habitación sin Jacuzzi fuimos a comentarles y nos dijeron que la habitación que habíamos reservado no lo incluía (casualmente y en la descripción dice que si lo incluye) según ellos y pagamos exactamente lo mismo que cuesta la de Jacuzzi, somos unas personas muy pacificas y dijimos esta bien, pero me metí a bañar en la noche y el agua estaba helada lo comentamos y nunca nos dijeron nada y al día siguiente les volví a comentar y jamás me dijeron nada, muy mala experiencia.
