They have a nice outside area where you can enjoy your stay. On a Saturday we wanted to order a meal and the owner told me on the phone in a very unfriendly way that they have enough guests on Sundays and we were very late for ordering. I didn't expect that kind of behaviour. We had been there some times before and even though it is a good service, they forgot to serve the pasta one time what is disappointing regarding the higher prices there. On that special day we ddidn't complain about this error. Therefore their rude reaction on the phone was even more upsetting.

Mooi en super schoon hotel. Wij hadden een ruime kamer met goede bedden. Heerlijk kunnen zwemmen. De kok een extra pluim, deze maakte iedere dag weer een heerlijke maaltijd die prachtig werd opgediend. Ontbijt echt goed en vers met veel variatie. Bijzonder aardig personeel.

Lichter: Essen wirklich sehr gut. Bedienung freundlich und professionell. Schatten: die Besitzerin war unfreundlich und auch unhöflich (nicht mal "Guten Abend"). Wir haben uns unwohl gefühlt. Schade, wir wären gerne wieder gekommen

Wir haben in dem Restaurant des Hotels einen perfekten Abend genossen. Das Ambiente ist sehr angenehm. Nostalgie modern arrangiert. Sehr schön abgestimmt. Die Miarbeiter im Service sind sehr aufmerksam,freundlich und zuvorkommend! DANKE! Das Essen ist hervorragend. Geschmacklich fein angestimmt und bekömmlich. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Crème Brûlée. Mit die Beste überhaupt:-) Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Das 4* Hotel empfing uns freundlich, das Zimmer war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Der Indoor-Pool war besonders angenehm. Das Essen auf der Terrasse war sehr gut. Die stark befahrene Straße sorgte allerdings für Störungen. Alles ist sehr gediegen und spricht eher älteres Publikum an. Das Hotel ist in Teilen modernisiert, strahlt aber eher die 70er und 80er wider.

Das Hotel liegt unmittelbar vor dem Kloster Hirsau, also perfekt um diese tollen Gemäuer zu besichtigen. Das Personal im Hotel ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen im Restaurant ist fein. Das Frühstück wirklich sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind ganz in Ordnung, gut geschlafen.

Ich war mehrere Tage geschäftlich in Hirsau und habe im Hotel Kloster Hirsau übernachtet. Das Hotel ist zwar schon ein wenig älter aber gepflegt und sauber. Die Ausstattung lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Ich habe auch das wohltemperierte und große Schwimmbad und die Sauna genutzt. Entgegen anderer Bewertungen waren beide Einrichtungen gut gepflegt und auch länger als 20 Uhr geöffnet. Ich hatte ein etwas kleineres Zimmer zur Straße hin und habe den Strassenlärm nicht als störend empfunden. Allerdings war das Zimmer etwas hellhörig oder mein Zimmernachbar einfach etwas laut. Das Personal war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Meine Anliegen wurden vom Personal sofort und zufriedenstellend erledigt. Insgesamt herrscht im Hotel und im Restaurant eine sehr freundliche Atmosphäre. Das Restaurant ist einen Besuch wert. Die überschaubare Karte bietet ein Auswahl an sehr lecker zubereiteten und adrett angerichteten Speisen. Besonders empfehlenswert ist der schwäbische Rostbraten. Er ist einfach perfekt zubereitet. Das Gemüse ist auf den Punkt gegart. Die Salate sind frisch und lecker. Wer gut übernachten und lecker essen möchte ist hier richtig.
