The Westin Resort & Spa Cam Ranh

We recently stayed at this resort in Vietnam and felt very comfortable overall. The environment is very clean and tidy, and the facilities are well maintained. It is a place to relax. However, the food prices in the restaurant are high, which is not reasonable compared to local prices, so we often have to go out to eat. It is recommended that the prices can be adjusted, or more reasonably priced dining options can be provided to give guests more choices. In addition, I hope that the resort can increase the number of shuttle buses to the city, as the current transportation arrangement is not very convenient. What is more regrettable is that the resort currently only provides airport shuttles for Korean guests. As Hong Kong tourists, we feel that we are not treated equally. I hope that in the future, they can consider adding shuttle services to take care of tourists from other regions, such as Hong Kong people. Overall, we still give this resort a four-star rating, mainly because of the clean and comfortable environment and friendly service, but if improvements can be made in transportation and catering, I believe it will be more worthy of recommendation.

It's my first time at a resort in Vietnam and it's really nice. The breakfast is delicious and it's mostly clean because it's just opened. I would definitely visit again!
