One of the best onsen you will ever see in Vietnam... Check in to room with a private onsen, sauna those are the best.... Foods are mostly Japanese... Sushi, sashami, noodles, and its wonderful standard... Fresh and staffs were wonderful.... Helpful in every department... Public onsen is must try.. They have variety of onsen, sauna, bath, pot bath, rock bath etc.... Its very clean, hygiene, hills scenery all around.... Must try in Vietnam.. Fall and spring season is the best to visit here

Everything was great. Quiet bathing area. Due to hot weather, I have not experienced the Public bathing area. Will come back to experience. Delicious buffet but few dishes. Breakfast was delicious. Staff were very helpful and always supported you.

This is the most unsatisfactory experience I have had in Vietnam in more than ten years. From the beginning of checking in, the procedures are very cumbersome, there are too many rules and regulations, all kinds of restrictions, this can't be done, that can't be done, children have to pay extra, smoking is not allowed in the room, there is no place to sit and rest at the door, there is no outdoor seat in the entire community, if you want to smoke, you have to stand outside the door, and the drinks and biscuits in the room are also charged, and they are much more expensive than outside. A room of more than 3,000 yuan a night is not worth it! In addition, the public hot spring pool is also very unhygienic, men and women bathe together, and there are few pools! If there is no adjustment, I think many people will be like me, and will not come again after coming once.
