Good location, beautiful beach, ok view, comfortable and convenient room design
Bad points:
Check in took too long, it took exactly 30 minutes to wait to check in while observing at that time there were only 2 or 3 people waiting to check in. I have never waited so long to check in. Guests want to arrive early and check in early to change clothes and enjoy the amenities. Going out but doing so takes too much time.
I was very upset when I went to the receptionist to ask twice and still didn't see the receptionist finish processing it. The third time I asked, it was done, but the receptionist forgot to call me back to get the room key :( Even so, there was no apology, like it was obvious? I feel like my time is not respected. important.
Unfortunately, this minus point subtracts many good points from the resort, so overall I rate it 2 stars"

FFunny1I stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel room is generally clean, except there is a bit of dust on the floor. The room is spacious, with a balcony that has part of the sea view which is nice. The bed is comfy. I went there on weekdays so there are not many people around the facilities. I really enjoyed the pool without the crowd. Nice beach view. The gym has enough equipments, which are well maintained for work out. There is a wide variety of good quality of food to choose for breakfast. However, outside food and drinks are not allowed, so be prepared to spend money in the restaurants which the price is pretty expensive compared to the city of Nha Trang.
The location is a bit far from the city, and the hotel also porvides free shuttle bus to and from the city.
Overall, it's a relaxing experience which I could spend alone time at this resort.

워워니스Wow~~ I came on the last day of the 5 days, and it was the best during my stay in Vietnam! The hotel food has so many kinds and is delicious. There are also several swimming pools. It is so convenient and well-made that my family was satisfied and had a great time! I recommend it to my friends.

GGuest UserSummary: A hotel with a very high cost performance! I highly recommend this hotel for staying after landing at the airport, or before going to the airport. It is very close to the airport, only about 15 minutes away.
Facilities: The room is very large! Much larger than the 93 square meters written! You can check the video for details. Although I booked a one-bedroom pool villa, the hotel gave me a whole villa, and the two bedrooms above were locked. The whole lobby is very spacious and comfortable, the swimming pool is very large, and the scenery is very good! It is a hotel that I was very surprised by. It is really worth choosing this hotel for about 1k!
Hygiene: The overall hygiene is good, and it is still relatively clean and tidy. However, there are mold spots in some areas of the bathroom, which may not be cleaned very clean. But overall it is still ok.
Breakfast: There are still many varieties, but there are also many people, but there is no need to queue. The taste and quality of the products are quite satisfactory. However, the breakfast was originally delivered with two breakfasts, and I didn’t expect much at this price, so I think the breakfast is okay overall.
Service: Tuk-tuks are available on call, which is pretty good. You can call a car to the lobby or the beach. The beach is pretty comfortable. The only drawback is that there are only two bottles of mineral water. If you want more mineral water, you have to pay for it, 15 yuan per bottle. I think this is a bit of a rip-off. And when checking out, the hotel has to check the room, and you need to wait for 15 minutes. People who are in a hurry may think it's a waste of time. However, the hotel does not charge a deposit when checking in. The front desk also provides currency exchange services, which can only exchange about 300 yuan of Vietnamese dong per day. The exchange rate is pretty good, much better than the exchange rate at the airport. There are shuttle buses to the city or the airport, but you have to make an appointment one day in advance.
Summary: It is a more surprising hotel in this trip to Nha Trang. Originally, the flight landed late, and I thought of a hotel closer to the airport for transition. I didn't expect the hotel's room facilities to be quite good, especially the villa is large, the swimming pool is large, and the privacy is good. I highly recommend this hotel as a transition. The price is also reasonable.

GGuest UserAdd: It is very strange that this building is actually composed of 8-10 different hotels, but I have checked that there is no room type for breakfast. Therefore, we 4 adults have to buy a buffet breakfast equivalent to RMB 70/person. Of course, the dishes are still quite rich, but in Vietnam, It’s more expensive, and the key is that there is no takeaway here, away from the city,
In addition, the room number is more difficult to find. They are on the dual side, the singular side, and they have to be divided into the A side and the B side. We found the room and took a lot of effort.

VVlad the TravelerIt is a brand new rather large resort. The room was really good and clean. It seems to be rather kid friendly, with a lot of shallow pools, meandering pool-river as well as a kid zone. The breakfast is not bad, but it does get rather crowded. I guess it will be great in a year or so when all buildings are finished and shopping street fully operational, because it is situated in the middle of nowhere and great for 'all inclusive stay in resort', but much less so if you want to explore around. It is super close to the airport which is why we stayed in it in the first place.

PPaulThe hotel is spacious, beautiful, the rooms are clean. At first it was not clear where to go, to which building. The beach has trash in some places. If breakfast is not included in the price of your room, then food will become a problem, as it is quite expensive in the hotel and around the hotel. You need to shop at the supermarket before your trip to eat properly. The hotel has a transfer from Nha Trang, I didn’t know about it, it would have been cheaper than taking a taxi.
Admin Harry at the reception was quite helpful and very polite and made up my mood. Also, he helped me figure it out. Overall the hotel and service are excellent. Would like breakfast included (will be better).

Having traveled from Asia to Europe for over 10 years and experienced various accommodations, I am quite picky when it comes to choosing accommodations. But honestly, Arenia Resort far exceeded my expectations and is a place I would like to visit again in the future. Here are some reasons why you should definitely visit:
🔹 The staff are very friendly and warm
As soon as I arrived at the resort, I was warmly welcomed by the reception staff. From the security guards to the housekeeping staff and the restaurant staff, everyone greeted me with a bright smile and took great care of me. I felt comfortable as if I was at home.
🔹 Attentive service & various amenities
This place is well-equipped with all the necessary facilities such as a swimming pool, restaurant, bar, spa, and free bikes, and the management is very professional. In particular, the airport shuttle and local tour support service were very helpful and satisfying.
🔹 Clean and modern rooms
Arenia's rooms are stylishly designed and fully equipped with all the amenities such as air conditioning, TV, minibar, bathtub, and private balcony. The attention to detail was impressive, and the soft bedding made for a comfortable stay.
🔹 Emerald Sea & Beautiful Scenery
Arenia Resort is located right in front of the beach, so you can enjoy the enchanting sunrise and sunset with just a few steps. The area around the resort is filled with green trees and flowers, so you feel like you are one with nature. As long as you have a camera, you can take great shots anywhere. 📸.
💬 My tip: If you want to recharge, relax with your family/lover, or plan a workacation, Arenia Resort is a must-visit!

The food suited our taste, with a wide variety of dishes at the breakfast buffet. Dinner was especially impressive, with delicious seafood soup and shaking beef. Overall, the services were stable and satisfactory. Our child especially enjoyed the swimming pool. Beautiful beach, unfortunately the sea is rough so you can't swim. We will definitely return on our next trip.
