"I arrived in the room the TV was not working despite the batteries in the remote control, while in the shower I found a plastic bag that gives them intimate hygiene. I was intended to call the reception through their apparatus but the spine was disconnected from the grip. I had to contact them from my cell phone. I hope my reports will help improve the service. Thank you."

"Located just a few minutes from the exit of Agrate, half an hour from San Siro, immersed in the green garden, spacious room with large window, 90s furnished, modern and renovated bathroom. Breakfast for all taste (and we are demanding). Professional and available staff. Reception 24 out of 24 just play the clock. Excellent quality price, thank you"

"Breakfast is so-so, but croissants, coffee, milk and juice are all necessary. The interior of the room is very good, with a four-star rating, and the decoration style is simple. I like the towel drying rack outside the toilet the most. Both the brother and the uncle at the front desk of this hotel are very handsome in suits!"
