Premier Inn Cambridge North (Girton)

The welcome here was amazing, I phoned a few days before to request a ground floor room due to mobility issues and there is no lift at this hotel. This was accommodated without any issues. All the members of staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Beds are comfortable,clean and cozy. The bath room was clean ,however I good thing to note is we didn’t have a bath just a shower in our room……didn’t bother us at all but it might some people. Although the restaurant is undergoing some construction it didn’t impact us much. There is a limited menu at the moment but we still found something to eat. Food was delicious and hot ! And again all the members of staff were polite and friendly.

Stayed here for 1 night staff were very good hotel clean & tidy bed comfortable. Although the food was ok it was very limited. Premier inn restaurants were better when they were either Beefeater or Brewers Fayre. As I use Premier inns most weeks I am finding I have to find alternative places to eat in the evenings.

I do feel the need to mention our server Tracy by name as she was fantastic. And could not do enough for myself and my partner. Full marks gold 🌟 the room was comfortable we are looking forward to our breakfast which as usually amazing,also great wi fi

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful (Charley & Ciyan) the rooms were clean and comfortable. There is some refurbishing going on in the bar/restaurant area causing a small amount of inconvenience. The location of the hotel is approximately 2/3 miles from the city of Cambridge. With bus stop conveniently across the road from the hotel.

Tracy our Server for our meal in the restaurant was very attentive and helpful. Despite the restaurant undergoing refurbishment it was still a pleasant environment and we were warned that because of this the menu would be reduced but it was still acceptable

We stopped at Premier Inn Cambridge North (Girton) for an overnight rest during a long journey to visit family. Travelling with a young daughter who has allergies can be challenging, but the hotel made everything easy and stress-free. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with a cozy bed and a proper child’s bed that our daughter loved. Despite being near main roads, it was quiet, and we all had a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was spotless, and the shower was powerful and refreshing. The staff were excellent—friendly, welcoming, and very understanding of our daughter’s dietary needs. At breakfast, they ensured her food was prepared safely, which gave us real peace of mind. There was a good range of allergy-friendly options, and everything was fresh and tasty. The hotel’s location was convenient, just off the motorway, with easy parking and quick check-in, making it perfect for a short stopover. We left feeling well-rested and ready for the next part of our journey.
