Soap dispenser has a soap that seems more appropriate to use as a cleaning solution and smells terrible.

There was a polish lady at the reception - she was AMAZING! EXTREMELY helpful, friendly, professional. I have stayed in many hotels, also international and 5 star - and she is TOP! One of hte best receptionist I have ever come across. The others were so-so, sometimes unfriendly or not organized, but she made up for all their failures and was EXCEPTIONAL.
The door to my room was faulty - so the cleaners never managed to go inside and clean my room while I stayed there for 3 nights, and not all cards worked - so cleaners jsut did not bother to go inside- which was disappointing. Also, the soap dispensers do not work well - very hard to get any soap out. - needs fixing properly.

It is not near to train station which is around 30 minutes walking distance.
Be prepare wifi is only free for 30 minutes.
But overall, it is value for price.

Good location, close to city centre. Basic amenities but you have to pay for parking yet no guarantee that you would find a space.

I was disappointed that my room was not cleaned, nor bed made, after my first night. The sign requesting not to be disturbed was hanging on the door handle inside the room. I only discovered the note instructing me to hang another sign, found with the towels on a chair in the room, on the outside handle requesting "new towels", if I wanted the room serviced.
If the cleaners do not enter the room unless there is a visible request for new towels, what is the necessity of a sign requesting not to be disturbed? No one is going to come in.
I fully understand the advantages of not replacing the towels every day - and endorse that. But I would have liked to be clearly informed of the note in the paper that came with my room "key".

Nearby big stores however quite far away to the city center, behind the street which not friendly for ppl sleep light
