You can access the hotel by local taxi, but it takes a little time.
Each room is independent, so privacy is guaranteed.
The pool attached to the room offers a beautiful night view, and the atmosphere is great, combined with the lava decorations unique to volcanic islands.
The toilets and showers can be used normally, and there is hot water.
The service of the staff was impeccable, and they were always polite when called.

Beautiful place , clean , friendly staff , surely recommend the place when visiting camiquin ,nice sunset ,we would book the place again when we come back and recommend it to our friends and family. Wonderful seaview and quit place. We had a very nice stay!

I stayed in 3 different hotels for the duration of my trip. Bintana Sa Paraiso has the best view among the 3, no doubt. It even has a small pool for each room. Get the beach view, it will not disappoint! See pictures. While some equipments and furnitures shows sign of age, the view, the friendly staff, and the amazing experience more than makes up for it. I fell in love with Bintana Sa Paraiso.

The ambiance is very nice. The place is good for relaxing because it is very quiet. I do have to note that the road going to the place is very steep. You have to walk from the main road going down for approximately 5 mins. The problem is going up. It can be a bit tricky for pregnant women like me and for senior citizens. There is no cellular signal but they have good wifi service in the hotel. The food is also good. Over all, a good stay.

Our stay at Bintana was terrible!Upon our arrival we just got the key to our room, without any intro about the room facilities or breakfast. The room was very small. The shower was super dirty, no shampoos, no shower gel. The food was non edible at all and a lot of dishes weren’t available. We lived a nightmare there. Once, we were invaded by some flies and I had to spend my evening killing them. They didn’t have WiFi connection and every day they were keeping promising to me that will be fixed. Guess what? During our 4 days there, they never fixed it. The pictures online are misleading, that the location is so great and rooms are so nice. We highly do not recommend this hotel!

Our stay in Bintana sa Paraiso is very memorable. The place is a perfect hideout to relax and recuperate from the hustle and bustle of city life. You'll be amazed of the foggy weather that makes the place heavenly. The sceneries from the above give you a view of the horizon - it helps me to take a pause to reexamine life - to rediscover and calibrate the mind and soul. P.S: The hotel staffs are polite and very accommodating. Everyone should try their french press coffee too!

From the moment I arrived, everything about my stay was simply perfect. The room was clean, cozy, and had the best view I’ve ever had the pleasure of waking up to. The bed was incredibly comfy (seriously, I didn’t want to get up), and I had zero issues with water, electricity, or anything else — everything worked smoothly the whole time. Huge thanks to Christine, who made every breakfast extra special with her warm and friendly service — she made sure I started my days right. And a big shoutout to Mark and Charry at the front desk! They were incredibly accommodating — they even helped me check in early, which was such a relief after traveling, and gave me a generous 30-minute extension after checkout since I got back late from exploring the area (I went to Sunken Cemetery and the beautiful Bonbon Old Church). Lucky for me, no one had booked my room yet despite it being a long weekend. Their friendly, thoughtful service really completed my experience. Everything felt so easy and relaxing — I couldn’t ask for a better place to unwind. I’d give it 5/5 experience💯
