Even though I do agree with the fact that the hotel needs some good renovation and nice decoration, I have liked the place very much. Rooms are large and bathrooms even more. The pool is big with enough loungers all over, the beach is only 10mns walk. I have especially liked the people working at the desk, the pool restaurant, the night restaurant. They were nice and very professionals.Thank you Benjamin, Elena, Marilena, Beatrix...sorry for those I forgot. I also would like to say that the clients of the hotel are very well educated and friendly.. Their children as well. We had a very nice time with you all

Overall I found the service here quite poor for what is supposedly a 5 star hotel. (More 3 star service.) Rooms are dated but fine. Food and beverage options pretty average. But overall I found the service lacklustre and the staff pretty quick to say no to requests. Just checked out and the woman on the front desk took 15 mins on a straightforward task. Even asking after 5 mins ‘what’s your room number again?’ after chatting to her colleague. Then when I asked to be charged in euros, I was charged in ££s so costing me exchange fees.

Old, renovations needed. Even my 3 year old said the shower in our room looks old. Breakfast Buffett was nice but Worst instand coffee ever at the breakfast. For a 5 star resort unacceptable. Staff was friendly. Spa area very small and only open until 8pm.

This was a lovely hotel! Staff was very friendly and helpful to span-glish speaking Americans! I did my best! The breakfast buffet was awesome! They even helped coordinate a rental car for our day excursion across the island!! My only disappointment was I underestimated the time and distance to/ from Palma. Camp de Mar is a quaint beach town! The bus system is great going to/ from Port d’Andratx.

Very Poor service, facilities are old, very unfriendly and agressive receptionist. It hearted me so much how they talk since I’m a guest here maybe because I’m not German. I never had this bad experience in such a 5 star hotel in my life. The price is way to high for disappointed stays. You don’t feel like you are on holidays. You should avoid if you don’t speak German

We stayed 2 weeks at the Steigenberger Hotel in 09.22 and all was perfect. The Staff wherever you go is very nice & helpful, the Breakfast is just awesome with a lot of choices & fresh products, the Room even the most Standard one is amazing with a very nice view on the Golf Court, the Swimming-Pool is perfect with the Pool Bar & the SPA has everything you can look for. A very nice & pleasant Hotel where you can go eyes closed. We’ll be back for sure. Thank You for that privileged moments.
