I recently stayed at this place with a group of friends, and we had a satisfying experience. The location was excellent, offering easy access to nearby attractions, and restaurants. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. When we arrived at 3:00pm on the day, the room was not ready yet, it was very dirty and wet. However, the check-in time was 2:00pm.
We stayed there for 4 days but they only cleaned the room once.
Despite requesting a proper cleaning the next day, all they did was change the rubbish bin and did not even vacuum the floors.
When we asked the staff for assistance, they were rude and unhelpful.
The service and cleanliness were well below acceptable standards, and it made our stay quite unpleasant.

Across the road from Sydney University, in a very quiet area, there are supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance, and there are many bus lines at the door that go directly to every corner of Sydney. The apartment is very large and the kitchen facilities can meet the needs of simple cooking. The stay experience is very good. Recommended!
